The staff was wonderful. Incredibly helpful and friendly. Even in the breakfast room in the morning, a very cheerful staff member was offering to make waffles for people as they came in, and chatted with those who had been there for a few days. However, while the hotel was plastered with "No Smoking" signs, the whole place reeked of stale cigarette […] smoke. When we got into our room, someone had turned the heater on and set the thermostat as high as it would go, making the smell worse. The windows were bolted locked, so we were unable to open it and get any fresh air. It's been four days and we are still all stuffed up from the smoke. Lisateave

We stayed overnight on our trip to smokies..... real hard time finding the location though...but once you get there its a pretty decent setup. Good rooms, nice lobby and very well maintained.

Overall, a nice place for the price paid. Staff kept room too warm after cleaning but that's not necessarily bad in winter.

Bathtub had stains. Didn't look as though anyone had cleaned from previous guests, and bare minimum toilet paper. Cold draft coming from window which made heater stay on constantly. Bed sagged. However, there were clean sheets on bed. Lady at front desk was friendly.

Perfectly adequate for the price. My wife found the bed uncomfortable (lumpy?) and I found it small, but I could have used the other bed alone and had plenty of room. Breakfast was adequate but limited (carbs rather than protein) Halls and public area were not as clean as the rooms. HVAC worked well and was controllable. No noise, odor, or plumbing […] problems. Staff was pleasant. We were looking for a safe, no-frills stop on a longer trip, and that's exactly what we got. We've used La Quintas in Indianapolis before and will again. Lisateave

Upon arrival the check in attendant was sitting on the counter texting on her phone. During the check in process she kept complaining about how she did not feel good...not professional at all. The hotel was suppose to be completely non-smoking but the halls reeked of smoke. The rooms were cheaply upgraded, the toilet literally rocked when you sat on […] it, the green carpet was practically gray around the perimeter of the room it had been so long since they had been swept and the shower curtain had "something" on it I would rather not think about what it was....The only plus was the Cracker Barrel was within walking distance. With the condition of the hotel there was no way we were going to eat the free breakfast. Very disappointed. We have stayed with this chain in other states and have always been very satisfied - this establishment does not live up to the name at all. Lisateave

Staff were outstanding. Went out of way to help or even say hi or good morning. When I needed a cab I called the desk and they called ahead for me. Nothing was a problem just very helpful. Courteous and professional. What more can I say.

We asked for a non-smoking room, ended up with a non-smoking room that smelled overwhelmingly like cigarettes. The staff was friendly and helpful, they tried their best to accommodate us but had to move us to a room with fewer beds due to being fully booked. The hotel is conveniently located.

There were stains on the duvet cover. We found a hair in the bed. There were water spots on the ceiling and nail pops on the walls as well as dirty marks and scrapes. The bathroom left a lot to be desired with soap & water spots on the shower curtain and the tile floor was filthy.

We were going to a concert & just needed a clean place to sleep. We were very pleased! The bed was comfortable & everything was clean! Most of the staff was very nice. We met employees in the hall & they were very friendly. Our only complaint was the "breakfast" provided & the staff taking care of it. The coffee was almost empty & was old and the orange […] juice was empty. When my husband asked for some the woman smarted off and told him he would have to wait. We left and went next door to eat. We attend concerts often and will stay here again! (just plan to eat elsewhere). Lisateave

The hotel is situated off of Highway 70 east of downtown Indianapolis. The hotel is new and well cared for. Indianapolis recently passed new smoking ordinances so the whole building is smoke free. They are pet friendly and there are dining options very close by (Wendy's , Denney's, Outback steak house)

The only complaints I would have is that the door card did not work the first try and that the breakfast started too late for us (7:00 AM on Saturday).

This hotel claims that it has free wifi, however, the wifi didn't work, and when I brought this to the attention of the clerk, I was told to call the technical support number for their wifi provider. I did that, and spent 30 minutes on the phone with someone in India, who eventually told me that there was something wrong with the routers at the hotel, […] and that they would contact the hotel to advise them. That apparently didn't happen, at least in the 12 hours or so that I was there. Also the bath tub was dirty, having numerous little black hairs in it. Lisateave

The location was very convenient for meeting with family in Indy. Nice spacious and comfortable room, including a soft recliner. Pleasantly surprised to be greeted for breakfast by a hostess, "Would you like me to make you a waffle?" She then brought it to our table with utensils. I can't tell you how many waffle failures I have had at self-serve breakfasts […] at other hotels! Lisateave

This hotel was clean and very conveniently located at a major crossroads in Indiana. Staff was courteous. Bed was comfortable. A good place to stay.

It was a normal experience. Breakfast could have been improved by having a meat included, but other than that I had no problems with the hotel.

I thought value for price was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking problematical as there seemed to be semi-truck cabs parked all over the back lot. The room was very quiet considering there were evidently at least two different sports teams in residence the night we were there.
