Initially even though I booked a room with King bed there was not available for the first night. After that I was upgraded to a nicer room. The staff was always attentive and courteous.

The hotel was excellent in about every aspect. Perfect location. Close enough to the beach and all the action but far enough way from Bangla Road. The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable. The restaurants were excellent. Great room. Would recommend you ask for a room in the Busakorn wing as the main wing is close to the busy streets and can be quite noisey at night. Great pools, staff and service.

Absolutely love this hotel. A lovely sanctuary right in the middle of the bustle of Patong. You can either cocoon yourself away in this beautiful resort and enjoy the stunning swimming pool, wonderful food and legendary Thai hospitality, or use is as your base right in the centre of all that Patong has to offer as there are lots of restaurants, shopping […] all close to hand, plus you are right on the beach. Possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in in my life, and will have great memories to treasure for a lifetime. Can't wait to go back :) Lisateave

Rooms are nice, hotel is very clean and service is excellent. Prices for in house food and drinks is very reasonable for a hotel. Tours and hotel to airport transfers are move expensive than you can buy on the streets (as you would expect), so you can easily sort these items yourself if you are looking to save money. The hotel is really nice, the breakfast buffet was my favorite of all the trip in Thailand. The food at the Cafe and at the restaurant on the nice wing for the hotel was awesome. There are a lot of kids since this is a family resort and if you are planning to sleep in, you may not have that option since the kids walk by the rooms running and screaming […] but if you are an early riser that shouldnt be a problem at all. This hotel is excellent value for families as evidenced by the large number of families with (well behaved) children. There is a extensive separate kids club area. Crticisms are minor in that the evening buffets were not up to expectations and when a hotel restaurant expecially the hotel Thai restaurant is closed for a private function some notice could […] actually be given be given to the guests such as on a prominent notice board in the main foyer that day. Free wi fi was very pleasing and the tv channels provided a good selection of entertainment. One must remember that this hotel does not hold itself out as five star nor does it charge 5 star rates. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I was impressed first time I stayed but found my second visit to be even more enjoyable. Disappointed that the opening of the new wing has resulted in lack of access to pool loungers around the main pool.

My wife & I [ 70+ ] arrived 2100. Reception had us checked & in our room [ clean & spacious ] within minutes.The Mini Mart in the Lobby is a brilliant concept - a couple of inexpensive beers as a " Nightcap " & off to bed after our 10hr.trip.Awoke late & decided on Room Service rather than the rush at the buffet - a great result. The food was excellent […] , as much as we required & again quite cheap [$ 20 for 2.] We were not staying,as Patong is not for us,but we took a walk around the grounds before leaving & were most impressed with the layout,facilities & the happy guests we saw enjoying themselves in this environment. We chose the Holiday Inn because we're familiar with the standard and had never been out to Thailand before. We were amazed on how lovely the hotel was, a much higher standard than we have ever had in either Europe or N. America! It's staff are extremely helpful and friendly and will help you with anything you need. The hotel is open plan and very different […] to anything we have experienced with this chain before. There are 2 parts to the hotel one with rooms and one with villas. The side with the villas has a better pool, and you have to be staying in one of the villas to be able to use it, but it did not ruin our stay, we were out and about and at the beaches anyway. Cleanliness is fantastic, daily room clean up and sweep and they replenish the free refreshments. They also give you 2 free bottles of water everyday. Linen and towel change was every 2 days or so. The food is expensive onsite, especially in the steak restaurant, we never saw more than a few people in there. We ordered room service a couple of times and thought it was good value for the money. We ate out in the local area mostly, how could you not, it's some of the best food in the world! Location wise it is perfect. The beach is across the road and it is away from Bang La so it's not noisy at night (bar the advertising vehicles going by with their loud speakers!) I would go back to this hotel again and again. The front desk was disorganized and unfriendly. The special seafood buffet was scary bad. It is a mediocre holiday inn in a great location. We often went across the street to eat at the Marriot, which was much nicer.

Breakfast in the hotel was great with a huge range available, although you could get cheaper breakfasts at the local cafe's if you wished. Location was central to everything and hotel was across the road from Patong Beach. There are 2 public pools, one with a swim-up bar, and we never had any trouble finding a lounge next to the pool. 서비스, 관리상태, 주변환경, 야외풀장관리, 조식뷔페 등 대부분 훌륭하지만, 습도가 높아서 타일바닥이 미끄럽고, 이불이 눅눅해지는 부분이 아쉬웠습니다. 제습에 좀 더 신경쓴다면 보다 나은 환경이 될 거라고 생각됩니다.

酒店的泳池一边的门直接对着芭东海滩，除了假日的标准质量外，没有任何亮点。想说的是，客房服务非常不称职，一直到了下午还没来打扫，几番催促后都没用。。。酒店的大堂服务员就想着赚取出租车的费用，其他的服务懒洋洋的。。。前台倒是很不错，中英文都OK，还有非常大气的笑容和态度！电梯师傅很认真！这个酒店是朋友推荐位置好，但说实话性价比真的不高，即使离海滩近也不能直接到的，下次不会再住这个了，没意思的。反而发现有个HOLIDAY INNE快捷位置也不错，性价比应该会高很多，但是网上好像订不到哦~~~个人觉得还是住在江西冷比较适合~~~

Kjempealrikt, som sagt i tittelen. Midt i smørøyet begrunner jeg med at hotellområdet er tilbaketrukket og rolig. Allikevel er det bareå gå ut av hotellområdet, krysse veien og så er du på stranda. En liten spasertur til Bangla street, hvor det "store" nattelivet foregår. Like kort vei er det også til Phukets største shoppingsenter. 　例年、プーケットに1か月程滞在しました。パトンに滞在するのは10数回目、ホリデイイン（パトン）に滞在するのは3回目です。今年は、家族と合流する期間中のみ5泊ホリデイインに宿泊しました。 　家族の中には、初めてのプーケット滞在のものもおり、子どももいたため、過去の滞在で印象のよかったホテルのコンセプト、理念、設備、ホスピタリティマインドを重視し選択をしました。 　 しかし、残念なことが多々ありました。 １．チェックイン時のフロントの男性スタッフの態度、コミュニケーションマインドが最悪でした。私の前に、中国系の旅行者との接客をされていました。すでに、態度や表情、コミュニケーションなどに苛立っているのが感じられました。見ているだけでもよい印象が持てませんでした） 　我が家のチェックイン時には […] 、バウチャー、事前にやり取りをしたメールの文書などを揃え（英文）提出をしました。しかし、そのバウチャーの条件や仕様を一読もせず、条件外の部屋を提示してきました。。 　「朝食が付いているかどうかもエクスペディアに電話で確認してから。。。」という有様でした。双方ともにネイティブではないアジア英語でのコミュニケーションなので、相手の言おうとしていることに傾聴する姿勢が時には問われるということも？感じておりましたので、英語が母国語ではないので、双方のコミュニケーションの一助となるためのバウチャーやメールでの文書であるはずなのですが、一読もしません。 　他のスタッフは、「彼はまだ新人なので許してほしい」と。挙句の果てに、旅行者の前で、自分の主張や言い訳を吐き捨て、床に小さな紙屑を投げつけました。他の女性スタッフは特に問題はありませんでしたが、様々なホテルを転々としてきましたが、ホリデイインクラスのホテルでこのようなスタッフにであったことはありませんし、初歩的な内容で無駄な不愉快な思いをするほど英語が全く話せないわけでもありません。　ホテルの玄関口、顔ともいえるレセプションにはふさわしくない資質のスタッフがいることに、初日から不愉快な気持ちになりました。あたりが悪かっただけといえばそれまでなのですが・・・ ２．ブサコン側にバルコニーが面している部屋でしたが、とにかく、洗面所あたりの下水からなのか？部屋全体が下水臭く、ドアを開けた瞬間から「臭い！」と思うほど悪臭は感じられました。 ３。時間差で家族がチェックインをしました。そのグループは、旅行社経由のパッケージツアーでの申し込みで宿泊をしました。事前に「眺望良好」と提示があり、チェックイン前の旅行社からいただいた文書にも「眺めの良い最高階の部屋をご用意しました」と書いてありましたが、 実際は２階の部屋でＣＩＴＹ側、同じく我が家ほどではありませんが、下水の臭いが洗面所あたりから臭い、終始窓を開けていらっしゃいました。窓を開ければ蚊が入り、せめて、部屋に虫除けべーぷくらいは常設しておくべきなのでは？おはなしされていました。 ４．メリットは、プールがスタイルに合わせて３つあり、海も近い。 ５．早朝ツアー参加時には入口付近にタオルが積まれ貸出してもらえる ６．キッズルームがあり、キッズプールにスタッフが常駐（なにかと対応をしていただける） ７．ロビーが広い、ソファーが大きく寝ころぶ人も ８．ＤＶＤプレーヤーが設置 ９．たまに、笑顔で親切なスタッフがいる（以前はもっと沢山いらしたような印象があります） と。良い点もありますが、来年以後、二度と宿泊しないと確信しております。 Lisateave

今回は仕事もかねていたのでロケーション重視で初めて選んだが、リゾート気分が味わえるビジネスホテルとしてみれば問題ないホテル。 約16年タイにおり通常はル・メリデイアン・ビーチ・リゾートを使うが日本から来て２－３泊するのであれば十分リゾート気分を味わえ、ロケーションもいいので楽しめると思う。ただ、フロントの対応がいまいちマニュアル的？な気がした。たまたまかもしれないが上記のホテルだとチェックインの時からリゾート気分を味わえ、レベルの違いがあるように思える。 ホリデーインもけして悪いとは思わないが。
