Quality Inn Lafayette - Lafayette

Great for a one night stay. Very clean room but need some updating. Front desk personnel during check in was a little bit rude when we asked to give us another room (We requested non-smoking and cigarette smell was super strong)

Well when we arrived to the hotel the manager told me that the room that was reserved was a non-smoking room but I asked for a smoking room. The hotel did not have any smokings so I was switch to the BEst Western. I ended up in a king size smoking when I originally reserved a double smoking!! So I would say that I enjoyed my stay at the best western […] all the same amenities as Quality hotel but a i had king size bed!!!!!! Ps my wife was also quite satisfied!! Lisateave

Hotel desk staff was very helpful, One of my rooms and a strong odor and had to swap room, The staff did this without any problems, One of the room restroom door handle fell offl when you open the door. The outside sign for the hotel was not operational and made it almost impossible to see the motel location at night;.

Better than a motel but not quite a hotel. Elevators were not convenient to our side of the property. Front desk staff was dressed for bed when we arrived at 9pm. She was very nice, but wasn't dressed appropiately. We were on a mini-vacation, and hoped to sleep in late.....Housekeeping said NO! I know they have a job to do, but allow your guest the […] opportunity to sleep in late. Especially when you know we are not checking out that day. Didn't have an opportunity to enjoy the breakfast because the Lobby wasn't convenient to our room. Oh well, Shoney's was an excellent alternative! Lisateave

I made a reservation for 2 rooms, one with a king bed for my husband and myself the other for a single male with double beds. When we arrived they had given our king bed to the single person and did not have another king room available. We had to switch rooms, the double beds did not look like questions more like a small full size bed. I understand […] they are working on getting it cleaned up and have gotten the hookers out of it, but it does not look like the website pictures, hopefully one day it will. The wifi service is terrible, sometimes you can connect but not all the time! Not a good place to try to conduct business! Lisateave

This hotel was easy to find and the girls at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful. When we fist arrived we found the elevator was out but the girl at the front desk said she was going make sure our room wasn't higher than the second floor. When we got to our room(which was on the 1st floor) it was dirty and smelled of smoke. The front desk […] person was quick to have this fixed for us w/in just a few minutes. Our room was comfortable and breakfast the next morning was plentiful. Lisateave

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The front desk attendant was very rude. I left something in my room & was not allowed to get it. I reported the incident to the neccessay persons they had 3 days to call me back but they never did.

Room was clean. A few of the light bulbs were burned out - which made for a pretty dark room coming in late at night. We just stayed one night while driving through to our end destination. Breakfast was very disappointing with the exception of the belgian waffle maker / waffles.

I was very pleased with my overnight stay. Excellent room, bed, and continental breakfast. Definitely will stay again.
