When I arrived there were tornado warnings and sirens. The staff was responsive and very courteous during the trying time.

The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Perfect for the price!
"Not as nice as others have reviewed"
This hotel was a disappointment for me and my family. The hotel is need of serious updating. A few cons: the bath tub was stained, there were many holes in the wall where objects must have previously hung, the sheets were dingy in appearance and questionable in cleanliness, the pool was green, and although this was a non smoking hotel you could tell/smell […] that at one time it was not. The pros; very close to the highway, very convenient to Starbucks and a clean gas station. Salina offers many other hotels for not much more in price that would be well worth it. "Great staff"
The thing that impressed me most about this hotel was the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. I was also pleased to find that the room was very clean and as comfortable as any comparable hotel.

The Days Inn I70 in Salina was overly accomidating. They made our stay so enjoyable!

The staff was so polite and helpful!! It was like staying at home with a neighbor right outside your door. The breakfast had several options, it had a nice pool and hot tub. Really enjoyed our stay!!

I've stayed in Salina several times in several different hotels. They have all been disappointing except this one. Access from I 70 could not have been easier. The night manager, Alice (?) welcomed us warmly-- a real person!. She is an angel. Morning shower was one of the best ever. Bed was divine. In the morning I chatted with the gen manager who was […] the very friendly, and I promised her I would write a good review. Note-- if you have time drive down to Santa Fe St. It is a real "main street" solid with shops and lots of art. Hurray for Salina! We ate at a nice Italian restaurant on Santa Fe St. Cannot remember the name but it begins with M. and the food was good and abundant. Lisateave
"Great staff and clean rooms"
Everything about this location was good. The staff were friendly and the common areas and room were clean and neat. The breakfast was a good, basic offering, even had waffles. We would stay here again.

"Amazing service..."
While the breakfast was lacking, every other aspect was great. The front desk people were very helpful and pleasant with each request we had.

Service great at check in but two lights were out making it difficult to work. Bathroom tub needed a good scrubbing. Otherwise it was fine.

We stayed two nights at the Days Inn Salina and were more than happy with the service. Very friendly and helpful staff! Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. I normally don't sleep well away from home and so I was pleasantly surpised at the rest I got. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends & family.

"The days inn in Salina, great value."
Great price, clean rooms, close to I-70
Hotels.com was courteous and prompt, and the hotel was convenient, and comfortable. The breakfast provided was also fine.
"Days Inn Salina - recommend with warning"
I recommend this hotel with some reservation. The check-in clerk was very nice. The others were okay. The bathtub had a large thick black dirt ring around it. I just took a quick shower and washed my feet well after exiting the tub. The free breakfast was fruit and carbs. Coffee maker hardly worked. I put in four cups of water and got less than a full […] cup of coffee when it finished. For a quick night's sleep, it's okay, but not for an extended stay. Lisateave
This hotel seemed to have been renovated, but the walls or should I say ceilings were thin. We were on the first floor and we could hear the person or persons above us pacing the floor almost all night. Desk clerk very nice and helpful.

It was a very nice place to stay. I am moving out to KS and the staff was very welcoming and engaging. Room was clean, pool felt great, breakfast was nice. All in all a nice place
"Clean hotel next to interstate"
Our room clean & comfy. There was a fridge. The pool looked clean, although we did not use it. The breakfast was good: bagels, bread, pastries, make-your-own waffles, oj,coffee, fresh fruit, yogurt, hb eggs. In a truck-stoppy area near the interstate; seemed safe & we had no safety issues.

Hotel is old needs remodel. Facilities are dated and there is not much nearby. Staff was friendly.

I wasn't very impressed with the room I stayed in. None of the lights would work unles the switch by the front door (including the light) was turned on. It could have been a bit cleaner, but worked since I was only going to stay long enough to catch some sleep and hit the road again.
