Külalistoad.
Külalistetubades on vaated linnale, mägedele või basseinile. Majutusasutuse Shangri-la Hotel, Shenzhen 522 kliimaseadmega toas on ka minibaarid ja seifid. Saadaval on tasuta traadita ja traadiga Interneti-ühendus. Teleritel on satelliit-kanalid ja tasuta filmikanalid. Iga majutus sisaldab järgmist: lauad ja otsevalimistelefonid koos kõnepostiga. Vannitubades on duši ja vanni kombinatsioonid , valikuga sügavad lõõgastusvannid ja käsidušid. Vannitubades on ka hommikumantlid, föönid ja tasuta tualett-tarbed.
Tubades on külmikud, kohvi-/teekeetja ja tasuta pudelivesi. Lisateenuste hulka kuuluvad triikrauad/triikimislauad ja püksipressid. Lisaks saab tellida järgmisi teenuseid: toa ööks ettevalmistamise teenus, massaaž toas ja lisakäterätikud/-voodipesu. Majapidamisteenust pakutakse iga päev.

"Not a five stars, more like a two stars"
Doesn't feel like a four or five stars hotel. Staff doesn't speek any English at all, and not very accommodating. Hotel is old, the Reims are plain. Just a big shiny lobby and that's about it.

Given its so called 5 star rating and price tag, they really need to refurbish their room furniture and fixtures as they are old, carpet as well; but location is good. I think can find better local hotels near by with cheaper rates.
"Excellent Hotel"
The location and high quality service this hotel provides is why I stay here every time I come to China. I have stayed at other hotels near by and they just dont match up. This hotel offers a great variety of restaurants, and is very close to the boarder of Hong Kong for those traveling in and out of mainland.

Good hotel. Rooms are very old, but bed is very comfortable. When coming via train, this is a great location and everyone knows where it is. If you want a hotel that is walking distance from train station, this is it. I stay their often. The rooms are older now, but property is nice.

I was extremely satisfied with My recent stay at this hotel from the happy, attentive service from the staff to the comfort and cleanliness of our room, It is worth paying a little extra to have a horizon club room and being able to use the club lounge. The staff and amenities there were great especially the breakfast Also enjoyed Happy Hour in the […] evening.Good position for Business and also we were able to do some shopping next door the 5 floor shopping building Would higly recommend this hotel Lisateave

The hotel is perfect for shoppers, just a 2 min walk to 5 floors of shopping The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The food was good and the rooms very clean, overall a very nice place to stay. I would recommend this one for sure.

"Shangri-la Hotel, Shenzhen- close to Luohu Shops"
As this was purely a pampering and shopping trip i could have not asked for any more--hotel was conveniently located near Luohu Commercial Shopping Centre,Queen Spa(day spa) had free shuttle to and from hotel so pampering was catered for and the hotel service was outstanding by far (horizon club included food,drinks etc so no other expenses as it was […] all inclusive) Will be going back with group of girls in near future so definetly will be using Shangri La Hotel Shenzhen again! Beautiful hotel, great restaurants and room service food was good as well. A gem in Shenzhen. Had a bonus choice booking that offered a free massage. Massage was good, but the staff would ask if "inappropriate" services were required during the massage which was very uncomfortable. Once you say no it's fine, but still uncomfortable. "Shangri-la Shenzhen - Fantastic Experience"
This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at with supurb service. On check-in we upgraded to the Executive Floor which was well worth the additional charge (which wasn't all that expensive). All the staff were fantastic to deal with and spoke excellent English - especially those in the Executive Lounge. I would recommended this hotel to anyone […] visiting Shehzhen, especially those shopping at the nearby Lo-Wo Commercial Centre. Lisateave
"Too far from everywhere"
The hotel lobby looks grandeous but not the room. It is very small, it does not have area for the coffee maker and it does not have outlet for hairdryer at the bathroom, hence I had to do all my activities for making coffee and hair drying at the desk area together with internet surfing. No room service and hotel service booklet placed in the room, […] I had to request one. However, the food for the room service is tasty. The location of the hotel is so far away from everywhere, particularly from the airport. It is very costly to ride taxi in Shen Zhen, the disappointment also came with knowing (after I arrived at the hotel) that actually Shangrila provide airport transfer shuttle, but it was never mentioned at the hotel.com detail. There are no tourist attraction flyers or place of interest flyers located in the lobby, when I talked to the concierge staff, who only spoke a little bit of English, he said I had to tell him what I wanted to see for him to search for me from his computer. Oh well... if I am a tourist for the first time in Shen Zhen how would I know where I would like to go or to see??? If there are flyers placed at the lobby like any other hotel, wouldn't it be easier for us, first time tourist in Shen Zhen, to know where to go and what to see? Lisateave

Great value for money with their promotion they were running. I got an upgrade on a price of one breakfast. Upgrade gave me access to executive lounge with complimentary everything for two including happy hour & breakfast. Very safe and convenient when going from Hong Kong to mainland China.
