Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport - Orlando

1. they charged me for a bottle of water that I never used. 2. they tried to charge me 25.00 for a smoking room, I was never informed of this by anyone ( hotels.com, or hyatt), he manager did remove the charge. 3. the pool was suppose to be heated, it was cold as ice. 4. The valet parking is hidden, and the signs to it where very few and very confusing. […] 5. Peter, the gentleman that took our bags to the room was very polite and very helpful, he should get a raise!!! hats off to you Peter. I will never stay at Hyatt again. I have stayed at very high end hotels for the same price and your hotel did not even come close to comparing. You live and you learn!! It will be the Marriot next time. Lisateave

The hotel was perfect for our single night stop-over. The customer service was first-class, the room was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Best location when you need to catch an early flight with kids. Very comfortable beds, clean nice room. Did not use any amenities. Wish check in was earlier than 4:00. Staff was pleasant and professional.

Wish all of the hotels we stayed at during our trip were as nice.

place was nice. stayed 2 separate days. on second stay, phone only worked for dialing "0". preset keys always rang buzy. Shower in second room, extreamely strong spray (for kids) and tub drained very slow, filling up with shower. Overall, still a very nice place.

Great hotel,friendly staff. Bellmen very helpful,carried our luggage right to the airport check in counter. Worth the extra money for the convenience of being right at the airport especially for early morning or very late flights.

I travel at least 45 weeks per year on business and I am quite immune to hotels as most service of all brands leaves much to be desired. Interestingly, this was not the case at the Hyatt Orlando airport from the moment I checked-in, Lindsay, at the front desk delivered all that was promised. My room was not ready, therefore she would call me on my cell […] when it was. I have had this promise at almost every hotel this year when I arrived before the room was ready and I'm still awaiting the call. Lindsay called and the room was exactly as promised. The restaurants are above and beyond other hotel restaurants and the convenience of being part of the airport is very convenient for an early flight. This business man who have thousands of hotel stays was completely impressed. Lisateave

I have used the Tampa Airport Hotel many times. I was glad to find that Orlando had one too. Very convenient for a lay over. Good for watching planes and nice pool for children.

You pay a little extra for the convenience of a hotel in the airport. But when your flight gets in at 11 pm there is nothign better than being in yoru room within 5 minutes of picking up your bags. It was GREAT room.

Our stay was super short as we used this as a stop over for an early morning flight. Staff was friendly, efficient. Room was clean, hotel was quiet! My only minor issue is that rooms were somewhat confusing but it was late and after a long drive. I am considering another trip which would require staying here again and I would gladly do so,

My husband had to go to the hospital unexpectedly; hotel car was available at no charge to take me back and forth; very concerned.

Everything about this hotel was great except the charges for using the computers in the business center.

A great place to stay when you are flying out in the morning. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and received a complimentary glass of wine with dinner. Very nice touch.

We had an early flight out and picked the Hyatt for its convenience. Wow, were we impressed! Our room was large, the bathroom was lovely and the accommodations were better than we expected. Plus, you can't beat walking right down the escalator to the security line at 6am. Its more money than other locations at the airport the convenience and accommadations […] make it worth it. Far beyond what I expected from an airport Hotel. Hyatt is an excellent organization and I was quite frankly surprised how well organized, clean and quiet this location was. Well worth the money and I would stay there again.

hotel is in the airport. outlet malls are within 30 minutes.

This hotel is in an excelelnt location in that I didn't even have to leave the airport. The location even made it easy for cabs and cars services to locate. For a short business trip it was an excellent place to stay.

Excellent place to stay if you have an early flight.

It's so easy to stay at this hotel when you're using the Orlando airport that it easily justifies the cost. The heated pool is a bonus

Nice hotel located in the middle of the Orlando airport. Nice, clean rooms. Very convenient if you have an early morning flight and need to commute from outside of Orlando. Only complaint: bring earplugs since the traffic in the hallways can be a bit noisy with people trying to catch their flights at all hours of the night/day.

The Hyatt hotel inside the Orlando international Airport is very convenient and literally sits inside the airport. It's located immediately outside the security gate for arriving and departing flights. The service was amazing, the room was outstanding and you could not ask for a better place to room if you are taking a cruise or if you arrive early […] for a Florida vacation. Lisateave

We stayed with our 2 children, ages 3 & 5, prior to our AM departure on the Disney Cruise. Hotel was comfortable, convenient, and clean. We were well rested the next day. Breakfast buffet was very nice.

The late night noise form the airport terminal was more than expected. We couldn't hear the planes but we could hear many people in the terminal

This hotel in any location would be an excellent place to stay, but you can't beat the location. I took the elevator down to the 3rd floor and walked right to my airline check-in counter. They also have a fine informal dining room featuring excellent Sushi!

When we check in the dustbin in our room was filled with rubbish.The aircon makes a noise and swithes on and off every 10min.The noise of all the people that check in at boarding for their planes was just too much sounds like humble bee"s!We didnt receive shampoo&conditioner every day.It was overated for what you get.It was comfortable to be so close […] and nearby catching our plane to Atlanta that was the only reason we made the booking there!Overall the stay was not too bad ! The hotel is very conveniently located for transfers to and from other Orlando locations. We were going on a Disney cruise and chose to fly in a day early and stay at this hotel, rather than risk any delays or complications flying the day our ship departed. It was great to get to the hotel immediately upon landing and they offer a great luggage service […] for the Disney cruise guests. The hotel room was quite clean, other than the crayon markings we found on one of the pillow cases. There were plenty of other pillows to use in the room. The hotel offered room service but our kids needed to let a little energy loose after a day of travel so we walked around the several shops of the airport and ate at the food court. Again, a nice option to have many restaurant choices, especially when traveling with children. Now, the not so great. When we checked in, we were told that although we had 4 people in a room and 3 rooms (and they verified that they did have that information) we were given all 3 rooms with only one king bed and only 2 of the rooms were given a twin rollaway bed. I told them that we had requested 2 double beds and she said, "well, that is just a request and the hotel is quite full tonight because of a dance competition and the Disney cruise; we may not even be able to get a third rollaway." I understand that the hotel may be busy, but you took my reservation, and my money as I prepaid. How are 4 people supposed to sleep in a room with one bed? If they didn't have the space, they shouldn't have overbooked and taken my money. We ended up sleeping several children to a bed and some on the floor. I also called down to have one rollaway moved from one room to another. We waited over 2 hours and no one came. We moved the bed ourselves. At 10:00 there was very loud dancing and happy screaming from a dance competition being held in the hotel's convention room. It was so loud all of our children were kept awake. We live in California and have taken many Disney cruises. Typically we take the red eye and arrive in Orlando early AM. We are now hooked on flying out the day before and staying at the Hyatt the night before our cruise. The rooms are great and it's such a good feeling to know you are already in Florida. There are countless dining options available […] to you at the airport. And your bags can be picked up from your room and taken directly to the ship. Lisateave

When booking the hotel, I had no idea the hotel is actually part of the terminals, which made my commute to the airport extremely convenient. I checked out via the TV at 7:00am and was in line for security at 7:05am for an 8am flight. The room itself was very large and comfortable with a big balcony overlooking the interior atrium. Had I known, I would […] have asked for a room that had the balcony on the exterior of the building as I like to open the windows at night for fresh air. The balcony door opened, but I did not want the terminal noise/air/light in my room at night. The pool was great and the fitness center adequate. The staff were very helpful and the dining choices abundant as the entire terminal was at your fingertips. While I did not eat at McCoy's, my friends whom I was traveling with did, and they very much enjoyed it. Very nice accommodations for the prices, and I suspect those traveling with families opt for a more economical option = not a lot of kids, which in Orlando is difficult to find. Lisateave

This is a fine hotel, centrally located for your convenience as you exit the gate terminals for all the incoming flights to Orlando Intl Airport. When you get off the tram and exit by the departing security gates...look up. Great Hotel and the service was immaculate. We will be staying there again in the very near future.

The hotel was not only the most convenient way to get ready for an early morning flight, it was absolutely a beautiful facility! Well kept, clean, modern, amenities. All airports should have a hotel as nice as Hyatt. So convenient and only a minute from the gate/terminals. Family loved the pool's late hours as well.

Very convenient location within the terminal of the airport for early flights. Rather on the expensive side. Everything was great except the bed. We had a king size with a pad between the bed sheet and mattress which was too small for the bed, The bed sheet was flat so it was not tucked. Every time you rolled, the pad and sheet rolled with you and crumbled […] underneath. Very uncomfortable. That was my only complaint. Lisateave
