Hotel is outdated. Also the ladies at the front desk were GREAT, but the rest of the service throughout the hotel and the restaurants was HORRIBLE!!!

For the cost of the room, this is an amazing place to stay in AC. Not as much to do in the hotel as other AC attraction hotels, but good food choices, good bar next to casino and after hours it's QUIET so it's great when you finally want to go to bed. I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The heat was not working and had to call for maintenance service. Also isn't it about time to upgrade the tv?

This former Hilton property has certainly gone uphill from the last owners. The rooms were stunning, the view of the ocean fantastic, the fact that the table games in the casino were non-smoking makes this place so much better than Vegas. The only issue I had was coming back to the room one night, the entire non-smoking floor I was on spelled so strongly […] of marijuana I couldn't get to my room. Called security, went back downstairs and gambled for another hour, and it was gone when I came back up. The hotel is at a great location....right on the boardwalk and the parking garage is connected to the hotel. The hotel itself is definitely outdated, but it had all I needed for the price. The pool was very small, nothing too great about it, but the room was good. Double sink, lots of room, very comfortable and clean beds! The tv was very small and […] very limited channels(about 20?). The important things (bed, sink, toilet) were all very clean, the rest of the room was so-so. furthur down from the other casinos. got there at 4, was told room would not be ready for another 40 minutes. sat at bar for 45 min. was told room would be another 40 min. i spoke to the manager and he told me i could find another hotel if i was unhappy. said he can't just have a room cleaned when someone shows up. i made my reservation 3 months in […] advance, i didn't just walk in off the street. by six i had the room. loby bar was ok nice people. blues bar. sat there for 20 min never got a drink or any service, so we walked out. casino was ok. small number of tables. lots of penny slots. and casion was basically empty so no wating for a seat at the tables.best part of hotel, beach out front was nice. for 100 dollars more i'll stay back up at trumps place next time.and they took a 100 security deposit. still trying to get that back Lisateave

Convenient location (on boardwalk). Room and bathroom were clean, large and very comfortable but the carpet needs to be replaced. Common area carpets look like they have been replaced recently so hopefully rooms will follow soon.

I needed to be a tiny bit closer to Boardwalk Hall, but other hotels were way more expensive. This place hit the spot in every other category. Overall I like the hotel and its location. There is skywalk connects the self-parking lot to the hotel lobby which is very convenient. Beside, during our stay, there is no parking fee, which quite a saving. Only one thing was that there was long line to wait for the buffet on Friday night. The hotel was nice. Rooms were clean but the beds were not comfortable. Not a whole lot to do besides the casino and bar. The few restaurants were a little pricey and the buffet was ok not a huge selection. We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel. WOnderful weekend! Alot to do and the hotel we stood in was great. Friendly staff, clean rooms, beautiful view..stood on the 3rd floor and my boyfriend and i loved it because the pool was on that florror..will def come back and stay at this hotel especially for the great rates

I only stayed one night, but it didn't leave an impression for me to stay or come back to this hotel in the future, because it's far away from everything and everything was outdated. The hotel seems dark and most important it had no WI-Fi and the TV is still old fashioned. Our smoke alarm went off because of steam shower. What a joke! You can't beat the weekday price for a really nice hotel. Stayed there twice this month, it's very clean and comfortable. Had a great ocean view. It was very enjoyable.

We waited in line to check for about 30 minutes. They only had two staff working. Then Helen...an employee kept walking around in circles for a long time telling us to have our ID's and credit card ready even though we were not moving in line. The room service was quick. However, when we called the room service number they acted like they were incovenienced […] by us calling. I tipped the waiter but he did not even give a thank you and ran away as soon as I handed him the money. Lastly, upon check out not one person asked us how our stay was. The employee was more concerned with someone calling in late than helping us. There is no Wi-fi. The rooms were clean and maids cleaned the room . The television in the room is an old box tv and the picture was so blurry you would 3D glasses to watch it. Overall not worth the money. Our overall stay was great. The first night we didn't have any hot water after many complaints and 2 plumber visits. The next day the manager gave us a better room with plenty of hot water.

It was a very nice Hotel. Friendly Staff etc. I think that the Food and Beverage Department needs to examine how things operate. the food qualtiy was very good. the overall Food service was mediocre at best. Slow and unorganized. NO ONE ever removed a dirty dish from the table when approaching. Meaning when serving food or a bus person they just walk […] by. Not something i have ever seen in a hotel let alone a Casino Environment. Regarding the Hotels.com web site. you state in your guest room section "Guestrooms. it was a nice get away, 1 there wasn't a water cooler in the gym I was in alt of hotels and they all had a water cooler, 2 the steam in the room makes alt of noise even when you shut it, the pool was cold when I went both times. I'm saying these things because its what I think that would make people more comfortable. And my next trip

I would give this hotel the highest of ratings EXCEPT the front desk staff is unprofessional and the internet connection is stuck in the 1990s. They still only have Ethernet, which did not work for three of our five day stay and it was left to US to deal wit, call and trouble shoot with their off-site consultant!!! The front desk would not even admit […] that there were problems with the internet. One of the front desk managers -- Johnnie ( a woman) was the most unpleasant hotel staffer I have ever encountered, and I travel a lot!! She erroneously told several people that our credit card declined and that was why our internet didn't work. It never declined and SEVERAL rooms were without internet but the hotel refused to acknowledge ier or deal with it.... Lisateave

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Atlantic Club casino Hotel and would recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The restaurants were excellent. We never had a bad meal. Our bed was very comfortable and our room was very clean and large. We can't say anything bad about our stay. We will stay here again.

The hotel was great. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. It is a little far from popular attractions but that's why they have the jitney. I still haven't received my $100 deposit.

Hotel is very basic and old looking. I stayed for three nights I was booked for two the first room the jet tub did not work and they were short on towels and hand rags. make sure you pack your toothpaste. the bed in this room was flat as well my husband complained and had hard time sleeping. The room was very big. The decoration was kind of vintage but it was a great deal for the price we paid. Ask not to have a room close to the elevator as that area is more noisy. I would stay there again.
