very convenient to the beach and other places to have a great time!!!!!

when we arrived our tv would not work,the elevator would not work,no refridgerator or microwave in the room and the pool was not in service .we would not stay here again if the room was free !!! Days Inn needs to make some major improvements on this hotel

The room looked dingy and the pool was not open. Refrigerator and microwave were a combo package needed to be paid per day,. Would not go back or recommend it . Not satisfied at all!

The day we were there both elevators were not working and we have to wait 40 minutes to take our suitcases up to our rooms. There were no chairs or tables by the pool. There was only one outlet in each bathroom. The outlet plates were falling off the walls. The toilet in Room 405 was not working properly! It was a very expensive hotel and definitely […] not worth the cost. Room 412 had black mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. It was the dirtiest and smelliest hotel I have ever stayed in in my entire life. No, I would NEVER stay at another Days Inn!!!! Lisateave

I booked this hotel for one night because we were coming into Myrtle beach a day early for our vacation. After we got to our room we noticed an odor of musky / mildew. After a few minutes in our room sitting on chair, i got a few insect bites on my ankles. The front desks resolution was to send mantenance up with a can of spray. Seriously?

we enjoyed our stay at this particular hotel......we also enjoyed it a few months earlier on our honeymoon.....THATS WHY WE RETURNED THIS TIME!!!!!.....we loved the comfort of our room and the convience of being close to the beach.....we will sure be visiting this hotel the next time we decide to stay in myrtle beach.....thank you for your hospitaity.....bob […] and gina Lisateave

There were a lot of things not working and the little ice box need to be set up off the floor

Very enjoyable

The worst hotel I have even been in. The carpets were wet, the smell in the air was mold, the sheets were moist, the comforter had cigarette holes in them, the beds were uncomfortable. The two strip clubs next door didn't make this a family place either.

This by far has been the worst place I have ever stayed in. We killed a roach in the elevator, none of the work out equiptment worked, mold was in the room and NOTHING I repeat NOTHING looked like the pictures. Really this place need to be shut down!! i was not happy at all!!!!!!

The hotel was super cheap compared to others in the area. It is a little dated, but can't beat it for the price.

The hotel was dirty, hot, and smelled like mold. The rooms had dirty sheets and it said the refrigerator was included when it was actually $15 a night. I was also told that the hotel was beside the beach when it was about 10-15 min. away. The people at the front desk spent most of their time in the back office so trying to get someone to help to check […] in and out and whenenver I had questions was nearly impossible. There were bugs in my room as soon as I walked in and the shower was dirty. The sink still had toothpaste and hair in it from the previous people that stayed in it. The floors were damp and smelled horrible and my room key wouldn't work multiple times. My door also has problems shutting and room service never came Lisateave

I love this hotel. it was a mile from the beach, a mile from the water park and broadway at the beach. They were close to any food we wanted. i have stayed here two times before and would definately stay there again!

The room was a little less comfortable than we expected. The floor/carpet was damp through out, couldnt walk around without shoes on. I fell down on the bed to relax and the mattress was broken, quickly jumped up and decided to sleep on the other bed. Was ok in a pinch, but I would not recommend this hotel to a family with kids.

They give to us one room not clean, so we ask for an other room. The second room was clean but there were some cockroaches in the bathroom! So the hotel was not very bad but not very clean!!

this hotel is a great place to stay.....they are very friendly, polite, understanding......they even told us an easier way home.......I do plan on coming back......I will be telling all my friends about this great place to stay while visiting myrtle beach....

The hotel was kinda run down. There were obvious signs of water damage in the bathroom and poorly patched holes in the room that needed painted. The room had little ventilation and smelled funky, so did the halls. Upon arrival we found long hairs on the "clean" towels that were clearly not ours. I also found a bug on the bathroom floor. Hotel was dated no continental breakfast they charge for micro and fridge. Ok if you are looking a bargain

THEY TOLD US BEFORE WE CHECK IN THAT THEY HAD NO HOT WATER , AND THEY WILL SEND US A E-mail to let us no that they will take 10.0/0 off our bill HAVEN't SEEN NO E-mail from them, and don't think they taken't the 10.0/0 off my bill Ed from st. Louis

if on extremely tight budget,its ok. fair condition off the beaten path

there was no hot water. there was a lizard running loose! there was a FOUL odor in the hotel! the hotel was no where near the beach! the front desk service was poor and they were also informed of no hot water. we actually left the next day and went to another hotel that was a 4-star hotel. hotel.com should not feature this hotel it is TERRIBLE!!!!

I read the reviews before I went to this hotel and just thought that people were being too picky about this hotel. I was just looking for a place to take a shower and sleep at night. I was wrong. Waited on hotel clerk for 5 minutes to get off phone laughing and talking with a friend. Arived at hotel at 5pm sign on counter no water can stay or get fefunded for night with no reservation fee for cancel. Was told if wanted to cancel it was up to me to find a room a another hotel. But 9pm water was back on felt if hotel had a problem they should […] have made arrangement with other hotels to help out. Lisateave

this is the worst hotel i have ever seen. the room smelt like uring. It is an embarrassment to Days Inn and hotels.com. Don't go there. I want my money back. i left in about 15 minutes after i checked in and went to another hotel.

NRRD TO UPTATE YOUR IMFO ON SITE OF THIS MOTEL. We traveled an extra 20 miles and came in from the east. You're direction say turn left coming from the West NOT exit right under underpass then your left. Once we found it made it on our wn. The Keys on Doors of many rooms just plain don't work !! That's per ar least two others on our floor.

Came to Myrtle Beach for our honeymoon. Booked with this hotel because of corporate accounts knew what was to normally be expected. Upon arriving we noticed plywood over the second floor elevator window. When we got to our room there was still urine in the toilet from the previous guests. There were burn marks in the bed linens and carpets. Neither […] the fridge nor microwave worked. Then two days into our stay the whole hotel lost all hot water and did not expect to have any until after the end of our stay. Hotel management stated that the only thing they could do was offer us 15 percent off our entire stay. Lisateave

Even though it is an older hotel, our room was neat and very clean. You could tell that they were updating the hallways, etc... The staff was very friendly and helpful for any questions. My thanks to all of them!

The over all condition of this hotel is disasterous and should be condemed. The walls are wavy and show signs of water damage. We had to keep the A/C set very cold and the fan on high to reduce the musty/moldy smells. The carpet must be the original that was installed at time of construction, very worn. The location is convenient to Medieval Times, […] Tanger Outlet (Hwy 501) and Broadway at the beach. The toilet over flowed at which time I found out that the phone did not work. There are better hotels in the area and when you add the additional $15.00 per day pet fee, the cost is about the same. They also charge a fee for in room refrigerator and microwave oven, $15.00 each per day. I would not stay there again. Lisateave

This hotel is very run down and in deperate need of a remodel. The rooms were clean however, and although I didn't feel a need to switch hotels on my visit, I wouldn't stay here again.

PAY THE EXTRA DOLLARS SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The hotel was suprsingly good for the price you will pay. The location is in good driving distance to the beach/restaraunt area, yet there are so many roads that will confuse the heck out of you, and get you very lost, even with a GPS! Sadly, during our stay the elevator didn't work, and thank goodness I could take a trip up the 4 flights of stairs […] and make it to our room! Lisateave

the carpet was disgusting. i was afraid to walk barefoot, the carpet was sticky and there was clumps of hair behind the night stand. the sheets had holes in them and were so old they wouldnt stay on the bed. i read the reviews for this hotel after i paid for it. never agian will i pay before i read reviews, you know i thought that people were being […] picky in the reviews i had read, OH NO!!!!!! these people were telling the truth!!!!!! yea the romms were a great price, but REALLY clumps of hair, the commode ran all night, believe this is the only good thing about this hotel the beds were very comfy as well as the pillows. Wife had a problem with the smell of the room, had to switch rooms twice. Hotel not really that bad for the money, but one step down from where I'd like to be.

Hotels too far from beach and there is no microwave or refrigerator in the room. The only ice machine was on the 1st floor and only 1 of 2 keys actually worked.

Halls and rooms smelled bad, carpet and furnishings not maintained and in very poor condition. The bed, in particular, was horribly uncomfortable and old. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location of this hotel was great. It was minutes away from any where. The down side to it was the hotel was run down the beds were uncomfortable the room were suppose to be non smoking but the covers had ciggarett burns in the sheets and the sheets were dirty. This particular hotel left much to be desired. One light worked in the entire room. The hallway floor was wet from what(?), the room had flying insects of different varieties. It was difficult to get a decent nights rest worrying about the overall cleanliness of the facility.

The hotel was located good for us but the hotel could be updated. There were no fitted sheets on the bed so the top sheets kept coming off. The air conditioner was in the best working condition either. Every time we got back to the room it smelled of the sea... Was okay for the price of the hotel.
