Millennium Biltmore Hotel Los Angeles - Los Angeles

This hotel was good. In great area and mostly clean. The things what were distracting me - hairdryer wasn´t working, the towels wasn´t changing in next day and in the bathroom was water on the floor.

Beds had no headboards, (had better comfort at Best Western) TV had few channels, no fridge or mini-bar, no free wi-fi, high price for few amenities. The building itself is historically amazing. Both times I asked valet for directions and or recommendations of where to eat they steered me wrong. They should have also disclosed their astronomical parking fee!!! Rooms were clean and beds comfortable but the set up was not the best and the bathroom was not ideal for a family of 4 trying to get ready. Quite honestly, the old gal is tattered. The 20s mirror in the bathroom is missing a few pieces. There's schmutz staring back at you on the bathroom door. Towels slightly better than the Y. They don't answer the phone. Ambience in their restaurant so deadly I ate in the bar. But let's be fair. Eating breakfast on the 11 th floor for club members is […] a treat. And when it's time to go looking at pearls and diamonds, you're there. I wouldn't pick it as a tourist, but people do. You can hear the elevator dings from your room. I found nothing good about this Hotel/ MOTEL. The bath room was dirty and old. The sink was over the toilet. the room was loud and I could hear everything said on the street and was on the 3rd floor. I travel every week and this was the most over hyped Dump ever!!

The lobby and lower area of the hotel was amazing. It felt like we stepped into another, very glamorous time zone. The room was just ok. It was very spacious and the beds were comfy, but it lacked any decor and the windows were so dirty we couldn't even see out of them. I ended up with my blow dryer in the sink and my daughter knocked my toothbrush into the shower. Gross. A mirror somewhere in the main room next to an outlet would be a HUGE improvement. I was a guest of this hotel about six months ago and did not really like the service or the condition of the room (dirty, old mattress and power switches out of reach). The rest of the hotel is really nice with a lot of history, so I gave it another try. Sorry to tell you that my experience did not improve.

The Biltmore building exceeded expectations. I especially enjoyed viewing all the historical information throughout the venue. hotel has very modern, recently remodeled lobby. Loved my room - paying extra for the Club level was worth it, as it provided snacks and refreshments when I needed them without having to resort to treks around the neighborhood or room service. Only small annoyance was the door frame had a small gap that shined light in from the hall right into my eyes.

The common areas (public) surpassed the guest room we had by a big margin. Our room lacked bedskirts, wall decor, the night table was too small and the bath towels were frayed and worn! I was disappointed.

It is very central to downtown and a great spot if you want to explore downtown. Only 1 block from a metro station it is very accessible.

THIS WILL BE THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF YOUR HOTEL STAYS. Our room service 3 plates were greasy with some king of orange oily fil (I have photos) and the veggies were brown dry & wilted. Had to send it back. STAY AWAY FROM THE ROOMS. The downstairs is oaky. I am writing to their corporate of how bad this was. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a 1920's hotel which has lost none of its character. If you like old fashioned opulence you will love this place. Turn right out of the main entrance and you get easily to the main concert and music venues. Turn left and you get to the old downtown area. The hotel has very nice historic and beautiful architecture in the public areas. The room was large with high ceilings and felt so empty It had no artwork on the walls no bed covers. It was like a blank canvass. The bathroom was clean but the tup was marked and chispped so that it looked uninviting.

The Biltmore is one of those hotel's that make you feel as though you have stepped back in time. You can't deny the history and charm of this beautiful gem in the heart of LA. One of the greatest of great hotels, with atmosphere and feel that dwarf any niggling concerns, but an LA hotel without TNT or ESPN2 or most modern TV channels (or even historic channels!)...come on! The gym seems also stuck in the early 80s

What a horrible room product. The drapes in my room were totally shredded as if a knife fight occurred in the unit, the A/C was horrible, limited TV selection, flop house like beds, etc. Wouldn't stay there again if it was free.

I came in on a convention and I absolutely loved this hotel, with all its elegance and history! They had a beautiful, well-equipped health club too. The lobby smelled of roses each time we entered. Expedia did a fine job of making changes for me when my schedule changed a bit. Thanks!
