Radisson Hotel Nashville Airport - Nashville

Made reservations for 2 king rooms but when we arrived at the hotel we were told that Radisson Hotels do not accept king room reservations from Hotels.com. We were given two 2 double bed rooms with sleep number beds that didn't work on one bed and was very uncomfortable on the other.

Good stay

The room was nice. My only complaint was the smell in the bathroom. It smelled like mold or old sewer water. I had to keep the door closed and it was hard to take a shower or use the restroom because the smell was so strong. Luckily i had nice perfume to cover the smell.

The only complaint we had was very poor lighting in the bathroom.

We have stayed here 2 years in a row. The location is great, near Grand Ole Opry and only several miles from downtown. Very clean, plenty of parking in a nice neighborhood. Convenient.

We booked our reservations for a King size sleep number bed and instead were given two double beds with traditional mattresses. The room keys were not working and we had to get new room keys every day during our three day stay. We had someone with us in a separate room and he also needed to get new keys during his stay. The breakfast buffet was horrendous […] with slimy scrambled eggs and semi-cooked sausage. We visit this area frequently and will never stay at this hotel again! Lisateave

The room was nice and clean. Enjoyed the breakfast with service, but the bed was too hard, uncomfortable and the control on the bed hardly worked. good rates.

All of the staff from check-in to the restaurant were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Sleep member beds were very comfortable.

For the price, the hotel was not bad. The hotel was located in a great area!

for the rate I paid our stay with the radisson was amazing they went out of their way to help me set the room up to surprise my partner for our anniversary

This hotel worked very well for our family. We felt that the location was perfect in conjunction to the airport (2 minutes) and downtown (8 minutes). We went to Nashville with our kids and booked this hotel with the indoor pool in mind. It was a great size and offered a hot tub as well. It could certainly use a remodel, but it served well. Best value in Nashville. Excellent breakfast, shuttle service. Front deck is tops, Free wifi. Close to the Blue Grass Festival, the reason of this trip. We go to Nashville often and will Definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed everything about the my hotel stay except for the room being a bit too small. The bathroom very small. Not much counter space in the bathroom area either. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a nice place we stay here a lot for get away weekends to Nashville and have always had good luck here. Only problem i noticed was the tub did not drain like it should standing in ankle water sucks when taking a shower. The hotel breakfast was good as always with great service and would reccomend this hotel.

I made my reservation through Hotels.com and was very pleased not only with the rate, but the hotel itself and the great buffet breakfast!

I ordered room service the evening I got there and it was fantastic. However, I also put the request for breakfast on my door the night before (with in their time frame). I woke up and began to get ready to leave and no room service (I had requested it about 6:30 am). I finally called them about 7:00 am to check on it and to let the, know I would not […] be needing the service because I needed to leave. The person on the phone checked on it for me and determined that they did have my request, but they "forgot" to do it. I just told them never mind and left. I grabbed something to eat on the road. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable, complementary breakfast was great with lots of options, free airport shuttle was appreciated. Fitness center has great equipment, but it was 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the hotel, making working out very uncomfortable. Staff were unable to change the settings.

Good value, quality hotel, nice breakfast, convenient parking.

We enjoyed the warm inside pool and the hot breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

The Radisson Hotel Nashville Airport sits approximately 6 miles from Nashville's Broadway Street. Commuting to and from downtown is easy thanks to the hotel's convenient location. The breakfast definitely met my expectations and the hotel staff was fantastic. I would stay again!

Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and professional. The decor was a bit dated, and I would guess this is the oldest of the hotels on "hotel row". I went on a holiday weekend, but otherwise the rate I paid might be a little much for this hotel. Continental breakfast was decent. I stayed on the 5th floor and it sounded like a Transformer robot […] was transforming in my ceiling randomly throughout the night. The sheet of painted plywood where the fridge and microwave should go was pretty sad...seems it would have been better for everyone just to put a fridge and microwave there? Sleep number bed was nice to have, but it took us a while to find the remote for it. I'd stay here again but would like the opportunity to compare some adjacent properties next time. Lisateave

We stayed here to be near the airport. We found the room run down and the sleepnumber bed didn't work. The sink was cracked and the whole place needed repairs. Not a three star rating.

Courteous service....Nice and comparatively cheap place to stay.... good place for family ..... Excellent complimentary breakfast...Indoor swimming pool was great ( smaller than usual).

The Hotel staff treated us like family. We had booked a room with two beds for me, my wife and daughter. My teenage daughter decided she could not deal with my snoring. I wanted to move to a King Suite after the first night. The Hotel staff moved me to a King Suite with a pullout bed in a separate room divided by French Doors. The Staff did not charge […] us a dime for the change. The Hotel is a little harder to get to because it is off the main road, but I consider that a PLUS also. This Hotel is the best VALUE in the area and only 10 minutes to Grand Ole Opry, 5 minutes to the Airport. Lisateave

I would recomment this hotel. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast and good restarant area. They have the fastest elevators in town. I guessed that the hotel was 15-18 yrs old and was surprised to hear that it was over 25yrs old. They have done a good job of updating the hotel. Hallways could be touched up a little bit though. The staff was what makes this hotel a nice place to stay. The desk needs a lamp, very hard to see what I was working on. And the bathrooms really need to be re-done. Location was great, for business person that had to travel to all parts of the greater nashville area.

Visiting family in Tennessee. The hotel was very clean. Staff very nice. Beds were a bit small for 2 people but comfortable. Will use this hotel again!

Good location. Clean. Helpful Staff. Two problems though: 1. No mircrofridge in the room. Maybe you can ask for one? Just one more thing to do though... 2. Free continental breakfast system is clear as mud. Not sure what the deal is with this---some kind of coupon system in place. When we arrived at the hotel and checked in we asked if our room was with a king bed and pull out couch for our kids. The GSR checked and said it was not but would find us one.After we checked 3 other rooms she ended up giving us a business suite with 2 rollaway beds.Later that night we went out and when we came back are room key would not work they […] had to rescan them. The next morning at breakfast the breakfast bar was for the most part empty.It was a good 10min.before they refilled it. After leaving that Sunday morning and arriving home. was verifying all of our receipts with the bank and found that we had been charged $140.00 by the hotel. called them and asked why, apparently the GSR from the first night as she was switching our rooms around because the wrong room was given in the first place, it some how told the system that we were a no show and we were billed for it, Lisateave

The hotel furniture and carpet is a bit dated, but the hotel the rooms and beds were comfortable; the staff was exceptionally nice. The indoor was pool was great. The restaurant lounge's food was delicious. The breakfast was OK. The hotel was in walking distance to a shopping plaza and other restuarants I would definitely stay here again!

The A/C was not in operation, but I was not told when I made the reservation. At checkin I was told that I could request a fan if I needed one. The room was warm and stuffy. I attempted to call the front desk but the phone in the room was not working. I had to call from my cell phone. I was told they would have a fan brought to my room in 15-20 minutes. […] (They would have to go out & purchase a fan.) it took closer to an hour. The shuttle to the airport was prompt & coffee was available in the lobby even at 4:00 AM. Lisateave

Hotel needs updating. Didn't like the beds, woke up with a backache each morning. The tub didn't look too clean and the carpet needs to be shampooed. Staff was very nice and friendly, breakfast was descent.

Excellent location. Room very comfortable. Staff very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay, rooms were clean, front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Second time to say here. Easy to get to, clean facility, friendly staff, not expensive, free breakfast buffet, ample parking. Our preference now for our Nashville stays.
