5 mins from a tube station - that alone is worthwhile because you can come and go from anywhere in london, and even drop off your shopping and take a rest. The room sizes are very varied for the same room type... so very tiny and some big, for the same price...

Very good Hotel, situated right next to Warren Street Tube Station. Euston Station is less than a 10 minute walk away. Staff were very friendly and approachable. My Room was comfy although a bit small, but I think that has to do with the age of the building. One of the better hotels that I have stayed in, when in London.

Loved this hotel, probably the best I have stayed in in London for transport - Warren St Tube is less than 30s away, and Euston Square is a minutes walk in the other direction. Great wee room and a nice setup. My only complaint was how uncomfortable the bed and pillows were! They were both very hard and stiff - I ended up using my jumper for a pillow […] one night instead. I booked this hotel as part of a surprise weekend for a friend, and could not be more happy with my choice. We stayed Saturday 11th May- Sunday 12th. I called ahead the day before to see if it was possible to check in early as I had booked matinee theatre tickets. The reception staff were very polite,courteous & professional. On arriving at the hotel […] the receptionist we met was the same person I had spoken to the day before. Again extremely courteous & polite. He remembered the conversation & dealt with the check in quickly & efficiently. I was surprised to find we had been upgraded free of charge & without asking. A wonderful added extra. On entering our room it was immaculately clean & tidy with loads of room for the two of us. The bathroom was well stocked with toiletries & again immaculately clean & tidy. I was dreading the noise given the location of the hotel but we heard very little at all. All in all a fabulous stay & will definitely book this hotel again. Lisateave

Booked this stay as a romantic weekend break in London, I managed to get it on a deal so got it at a very reasonable rate. Check in clerk was very friendly and gave excellent and efficent service. Our swipe card was a little slow opening the doors to get to our rooms corridor but no delay in letting us into our room. We had been complimentary upgraded […] into a 'family' room which ment there was a king sized bed and sofa pull out. Room and Bathroom presented very nicely. Iphone dock was appreciated as both our phones batteries were low. Only issue we had with the room was the air conditioning; it was set to 16 degrees C however it was not working so the room was quite stuffy; we could open the windows but we were straight onto the busy main tottenham court road so we couldnt sleep with them open. A night clerk did come up to try and sort it, offering to move us if we couldnt sleep - but at 11:30 at night the last thing we wanted to do was to pack everything up and move. Restaurant and Bar was only tried for coffee; which we took to our rooms as the football was on so a little loud for us; a shame we were still charged the 20% service charge for taking it from the bar to our own rooms but hey thats the rules I suppose. A lovely hotel and if we were needing another trip to the area we would try and book in again. Lisateave

A few paces from the tube, this is in a really convenient location. We were checked in within a minute by a friendly member of staff, and our quiet room looked smart, with a comfortable bed, modern bathroom, aircon and an iPhone dock. The rooms aren't the biggest in the world, but easily big enough for a long stay. The staff were very helpful. The only […] letdowns were the incredibly tiny, slow lifts (I'm happy to walk five storeys, but I saw many people waiting for an empty lift to eventually come by). The breakfast room is huge, and once we sat down the food was excellent, however we were a little confused why it took 20 minutes for us to be seated in a room with a large number of empty tables. I was very impressed by the staff. I arrived early before check in the clerk was gracious and checked me in early since I traveled overnight. The hotel is clean the staff was friendly and gracious. The hotel is great.

I was originally assigned to a room with a noisy fan and lack of cooling. Repair staff were prompt but when I returned in the evening the problem persisted. A very comfortable hotel, with excellent service from the staff. My room overlooked a playground so it could be noisy in the daytime and early evening, but was quiet overnight. Reaching my room involved a number of stairs up and down, which might make it difficult for mobility-impaired guests, so let the staff know in advance.

I stayed on level2. The air con didnt work. Shower kept changing temperature between hot and cold. Rooms smaller than expected. Hotels.com really should mention room sizes in their guides as its normally clear from the pictures. On one of the afternoons, the fire alarm kept going off and we were told that it was a test! The Radisson Grafton is a fantastic hotel to stay in, my wife and I had a three night stay in one of their Business Class Rooms, it was clean, tidy and spacious. Every member of staff we met were smart in appearance and ever so friendly. The buffet breakfast is great with everything you would need or want with very attentive staff to look after you. […] The hotel is close to most must see sights and only a few yards from Warren Street Underground station. This is a excellent hotel in a good location to get into central london. You must go for the one bed suite room 245 what an amazing room, it is massive full lounge with sofas and dinning room table for 6 people. I will highly recommend this hotel the bar area is nice and lively too :-)

Booked junior suite; was king bed plus pull out couch plus dining room table with room for 6; bathroom had separate shower and tub plus separate toilet area with its own door; plus small balcony with cafe table and two chairs. Big screen TV, complimentary large bottle of water and full size lotion and hand cream included with suite. Eat at The Court […] pub down the street - fantastic food, huge portions for most reasonable price we encountered in London. Hotel is conveniently located near the St Pancras rail station - less that 5 Euro for the taxi. Will book this hotel again to be sure. Lisateave
