Best Western Le Patio Saint Antoine - Pariis

I felt that the lack of guest parking spaces was a disappointment, since we had driven to Paris. The area of Paris that it is located in is not the greatest. As we were unloading in front of the hotel our car antenna was stolen. At check in and check out the staff was friendly and helped us with our bags. The layout of the hotel is very unusual. It […] is basically three buildings and it looks like they used to be apartment buildings. There are elevators to access upper floors but there are steps leading out to the other buildings and going into other buildings. The rooms were tiny - slightly claustrophobic. We opted not to have the hotel breakfast, but it was fine because it was overpriced and there are plenty of shops up and down the street that have breakfast type foods available for a fraction of the cost of the hotel breakfast. The hotel was clean and the room was clean. We had put a do not disturb sign on the door but when we returned from our sightseeing we discovered housekeeping had been in. It was literally just a place for us to sleep after a long day of walking around the city. Lisateave

I booked the hotel originally due to the deal. It was also a nice bonus to be "westernized" so it had slightly larger rooms, and a private bathroom compared to other hotels in the area. I happily received what I expected. The hotel was beautiful! The room was in great condition and everything worked perfectly. The shower was roomy, and the bathroom […] spotless. It included an electric kettle, mini-kitchen, and fridge with items stocked already. It really was wonderful. The front desk offered additional blankets/pillows free of charge upon request so the fact it only had two pillows was not a problem. The only thing I was less than happy with is the bed. They were very firm. I generally like a fluffy-er mattress. I don't have complaints but it would be nice to have beds that were a bit softer. Hotel was clean and well cared for. The location was good. It was about a 5-10min walk from the Nation Metro. The neighborhood was ok. I didn't feel comfortable walking after dark alone. The shower had no hand rails and that was a concern. We were afraid of slipping with nothing to grab onto. Room was not well-lighted.

We stayed in the Best western near the Louvre that was a 3 star going on 4 was fabulous . The Le Patio Sainte Antonine was a 3 but really more like a two. Lobby was old and the courtyard where are room was located is just a reverb chamber for anyone sitting and talking brings the noise amplified to your room. Smell of the room was hint of cigarette […] and old carpet because people can smoke in the courtyard comes into the room. Overall I slept very little the spiral staircase that access the room allows you to carry only one bag at a time so of course anyone checking in and out we had to listen to them stumble with their bags. By far one of the worst hotel experiences Ive had room was way way over priced. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $ Lisateave

We had a short, enjoyable stay and would recommend it. The staff were very nice and the hotel seemed like good value. The room had a connecting door and whilst that would have been great if we had brought the kids, it was very easy to hear our neighbours.

First the positive. The wireless Internet was free and speed and up-time was the best I've experienced in Europe for wireless. The staff were very nice and very helpful. The location was convenient to the Nation Metro and RER station, by which you could travel to most parts of the city fairly easily. There were a few decent thought unremarkable restaurants […] and cafes within easy walking distance. The queen-size bed (really two small twins pushed together) was quite comfortable. The square at the center of the buildings was rather charming. Now the negative. The hotel consists of a series of buildings surrounding the square, with the shorter ones not providing an elevator/lift. There was no central air - climate control was provided by portal units installed in most of the rooms. Problem is, they doubled as dehumidifiers! If you had the setting on high, the tiny 'tank' would fill in 5 hours, shutting off the unit. The front desk didn't mention anything about needed to empty the tank, let alone how to do it. Although the hotel has a no-smoking policy, they don't seem to enforce it. It was very disappointing walking onto our floor and being met by a cloud of tobacco smoke. There was mold in the bathroom, which was functional at best. Because the hotel is essentially cobbled together, it features a number of rooms with very different sizes and configurations. Ours was quite small, but then, who spends much time in their hotel in Paris? All in all, not the worst place that I've stayed in my global travels, but no where near the best, and at the price point, it was disappointing overall. Lisateave

I was not thrilled about staying in the 11th, but we had an early train out of the Gare de Lyon and a lot of luggage, so we decided to make location our first priority. This hotel was a wonderful surprise. It has a beautiful courtyard in the center, the room was spacious and comfortable, and we even had a small kitchenette. Excellent Family Hotel (Parents + two kids in a suite!)in a nice neighborhood of Paris. 5 min walk from "Nation" Metro station - Outstanding access to all of Paris! Location is close to Gare de Lyon Train station which gives convinient access to high speed trains all over Europe! Has BNP bank ATM, pharmacy, grocery stores & an outstanding French Bakery […] (breakfast, quick lunch etc) & several good eating joints close by - less than 5 mins walk. Neighborhood & vicinity felt very safe even @ mid night! Only negative was that certain rooms in the hotel are not easily accessible by elevators - a typical problem in all old buildings in Europe! Very nice hotel within convenient access to Metro in quiet neighborhood, not in busy downtown area. Rooms very clean and spacious, and we travelled with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Pretty courtyard in middle of all rooms.

Great choice for our family of 4: parents and 2 teens. We had junior sweet room with queen bed and a comfortable twin/ single murphy bed for our boys. Less than five minute walk to metro line 1 that runs past most Paris museums. Secure, off street parking for 25 Euros/day and we had access to the car. Only 7 parking spots.... A well appointed hotel, good staff. A bit away from the center, but convienient to the metro. Walls thin between rooms, and open to courtyard which can be noisy. Recommend rooms on top floor for less noise.

This is a charming European hotel composed of several linked buildings. The individual buildings open onto two separate courtyards. My room was small but not uncomfortable. The staff was very helpful and efficient. The location is somewhat far from the major attractions in Paris, but convenient to the metro (two blocks away). I have stayed at a number […] of hotels in different areas of Paris and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. If what you want is an American-style Marriott, this is probably not the hotel for you, but if you like smaller European hotels, this is a very good choice. Lisateave

The Le Patio was clean, the front desk staff was very courteous and the hotel was very close to the Metro(subway). However, please be aware that the continental breakfast, in the morning, is not complimentary! The first morning I just had coffee and I was charged 18 euro and my daughter-who did eat a little was charged 12 euro! The continental breakfast […] is not worth 18 euro- adult and 12 euro - child. this hotel was choose to meet my friend already in France and quite frankly, the room was not much more than a small closet including the bathroom, it was very tiny and once gotten into, was locked up for the nite and suited the situation need but not for any group or major stay is my view.

Well located and charmng layout around an inner courtyard. Rooms are small but perfectly adequate.

Le Patio Sr Antoine was a very quaint little hotel conveniently located to the metro with many outside cafes and markets available. The room was small but clean and the courtyard was very charming. The staff was helpful and polite.

This hotel is located in a mostly non-tourist area, but is convenient to all of Paris. The subway is 2 blocks away, and it's less than a 10 minute trip to the main train station. The hotel was clean and staff helpful. The neighborhood seemed very safe, with many street cafes, restaurants, and activity all around. I believe that some rooms are being rented longer term as extended stay apartments, but that's fine--it was quiet and comfortable. The courtyard was nice, but the room wouldn't qualify for "romantic"...but if you are looking for safe, clean, quiet and convenient, located near the subway and a bit out of tourist central, then this place is for you. Rate was high for what you get -- but it is Paris which is expensive. We had a jr. suite -- 2 burner hob stove, small fridge, plates/knives/forks/spoons and a pot to make hot water for tea or instant coffee. Worth the extra bucks.

Hotel is very close to Nation metro stop connected by many central lines. Great bakery and pastry shop steps from the hotel. Cute little room with sufficient bathroom. Very friendly staff willing to answer questions on where to go and how to get there.

The hotel room was clean and typicaly small. To get to the room we had to go through a patio to another building, take the elevator to the second floor, go through the building, through another patio and take the elevator to the third floorof another building. A little bit of an annoyance. One of the desk personnel was friendly, the other wasn't particularly […] helpful. The hotel is located in a more industrial part of town. We would probably not go back. Clean and comfortable. Not as close to the sights as some people prefer, but we loved the quiet, residential neighborhood and a Metro stop was one block away. Don't bother with the breakfast. There are plenty of cafes and markets in the neighborhood so you can have a more charming breakfast experience for less money.

Hadde et helt fint opphold med min familie på tre. Kort avstand til metro og R&R som tar deg hvor som helst i Paris på kort tid. Ganske morsomt hotell med flere bygg og bakgårder som man går igjennom for å finne rommet. Ryddig go rene rom med helt OK standard. Hyggelige og hjelpsomme folk i resepsjonen. Av negative ting kan det nevnes en syltynn frokost […] som selges til ågerpris dersom man ikke har bestilt det på forhånd. Anbefaler heller å gå til en av kafeene eller bakeriet opp i gata. Vi var afsted 2 voksne og 2 børn. Havde bestilt en "juniorsuite" og havde udfra billederne vurderet at der ville være 2 separate værelser, og fik siden at vide der kun er 1 stort værelse med 1 queensize seng + 4 enkeltsenge. Dette var en sandhed med modifikationer: der er skubbet to enkeltmandssenge sammen til en dobbeltseng, og så køjeseng til 2 ekstra. […] Jeg kan ikke se hvor de resterende 2 personer skulle have sovet hvis man var ankommet 6 personer (dobbeltseng + 4 enkeltsenge). Området er meget autentisk, og slet ikke turistet. 30 meter fra hovedindgangen er der både supermarked og et bageri. Metroen kører vist lige under hotellet. Vi boede i stue-etage, og kunne høre bumlen med jævne mellemrum. God adgang til transportmuligheder fra stationen "Nation" som er nem at komme til og fra på alle tider af døgnet. Vi spiste ikke på hotellets restaurant, idet vi havde bestilt en suite med minikøkken så vi selv kunne lave morgenmad. Lisateave

Hotel calme bonne tenue des chambres service correct personnel attentionné

Este hotel Tiene solo una o dos habitacion para los clientes de hotel.com, es muy pequeña y se escucha a los huespedes de la habitacion continua roncar, esta habitacion es separada por una puerta. unicamente...es terrible.

Vi var tre vuxna som bodde i en s k minisvit i tre nätter. Det är ett ganska litet hotell i ett lugn område, vi hade dessutom ett rum mot innergården helt utan störningar från trafiken. Klart prisvärt! Allt är modernt, rent och förhållandevis rymligt för att vara i Paris. Det är nära till Place Nation med 4 Metro-och en RER-linje(r). I närheten finns […] många enkla men typiskt franska barer/bistros/restuaranger: Hotellets frukost ingick inte i vårt paket och vi valde att äta frukost på annan plats. Hotellfrukosten kostar 17 €, tveksamt om den är prisvärd! Lisateave

Hôtel confortable et calme, avec du charme et du personnel de réception agréable. Notre chambre était petite (comme c'est l'usage à Paris où les mètres carrés sont chers) mais impeccable. Je recommande, si c'est dans votre budget.

Bra hotell med fräscha rum och ok frukost. Kvarteret de ligger i finns restauranger som är ok men inte mer. Ca 200 meter till närmsta metro.

Helt ok och prisvärt hotell i relativt centralt läge. Ligger mellan metron Nation och Reuilly Diderot. Ett tips är att ta metron från Diderot (M1:an om man ska in mot city) så slipper man den kaosiga Nation (som dock är en suverän knytpunkt dit även RER:en går).

Hotellets hemsida utlovade en 5-minuters promenad till Place De Vosges vilket tog närmare 20 minuter i rask takt. I övrigt var vi nöjda med hotellet och dess mysiga innergård där man kan kunde ta en kopp kaffe på kvällen eller på morgonen.

A notre grande surprise nous avons decouvert une chambre de la taille d un placard alors que les photos et les commentaires nous laissaient croire a une chambre spacieuse. Insonorisation inexistante: ns pouvions deviner la nationalite de nos voisins. Clim portative inefficace avec un bruit d avion sans que ce detail fut signale sur le site. Pænt mellemklassehotel med pænt store værelser i forhold til hvad der er standard i Paris. Hotellet har to små hyggelige gårdhaver.

Godt beliggende familiehotel. Masser af muligheder for morgenmad på vej ind mod byen. Gå afstand til eks. Notre Dame. Eneste problem var at rengøringsdamen ikke kunne huske at der var 4 personer som skulle have håndklæder og huske at give toiletpapir hver dag :-)

calme et tranquille, déco correcte des chambres et bonne literie, mais j'avais une chambre un peu sombre. l'insonorisation entre chambres laissait à désirer mais il s'agissait de chambres communicantes.
