The beds could have been a little more comfortable. By booking online I didn't like the fact that they billed my credit card the day I booked which was 3 weeks prior to my stay. Usually the credit card is given to secure your reservation not let them use my money for 3 weeks until I get there.

our room smelled bad and a/c went off during the night. Hot. bed was comfortable and everything else was good.

It was comfortable for the price. When we came back to hotel room at evening, we were surprised that the room was refreshed nicely, just as we came in the day before. Not many Hotels clean every day while your stay.

Just don't ask for a wake up call. Mine came an hour and a half late. Otherwise my experience was good.

Our stay was comfortable, the room and hotel is older, but very kept up and fairly clean. It was a good value for the money we spent. Breakfast is really good, with waffles and sausage and the cold things too.

We've begun staying here pretty regularly. Just recently I noticed they upgraded the mattresses, appear to have repainted, added a variable shower-head, and other small niceties. I do wish the room had more available outlets in this electronic day & age. And I do wish they had an elevator; it's the only real downfall, but they happily gave us a ground […] room considering all our baggage. The folks are always friendly at the front desk, and we are so pleased that they accept pets when our dog is traveling with us. Still haven't gotten up early enough for breakfast, but Elmer's Restaurant is right next door. Lisateave

The hotel staff was polite and accommodating. The room was clean and quiet - we slept great! The breakfast was good, with lots of options.

We were only staying one night and we have stayed at other Quality Inns so we booked this hotel. It is nothing fancy but it has a bed and bathroom which was all we needed. I checked in after midnight and the gal at the front desk was terrific and helped me with my bags to my second floor room. (Note: no elevators.) This is not a 'premium' hotel, with super-high thread count sheets and brand new pillow-top mattresses, but the bed and the room were plenty comfortable, clean and very quiet. A friend who'd stayed there several […] days early had a room with very noisy fans or pipes, so specify quiet if quiet is a priority. I was also on the back side facing the parking area, which cuts out road traffic noises. I didn't make it to breakfast so I can't comment on that. We found the room and staff most convenient and serviceable. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had no complaints, and there were three of us in the double queen room. We would stay there again.

Everything was clean - even the sheets! Just needed a place to stay on my move north with my cat. Only $10 for the pet to stay - took the nerve out of sneaking her in somewhere. Breakfast was crowded but moved quickly. By the time bagels were toasted and waffles were made tables opened up. Totally worth it!

I love this hotel. I do lots of business in Medford and I really like to stay here. The pool, hot tub and sauna are wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful.

Our experience at Best Western Medford was great! I have nothing but good things to say about everything. We were on our way to Portland and this hotel was close to I-5 without the highway noise. The room smelled and was clean and beds looked nice and were very comfortable to sleep in. We used the pool, hot tub, and had breakfast in the morning. The […] girl attending the breakfast room was really nice, she greeted everyone, was very attentive to our needs, and I liked how she asked me before giving our kids a Medford activity book with crayons. We enjoyed our stay. Was clean and very quiet. First place I ever stayed where there was sufficient hot water in the shower...which was WONDERFUL and the shower-head was powerful, too, an added plus. Loved the pool and the long pool hours. The breakfast was yummy and had lots of choices

We selected this hotel because of its reasonable price, dependable quality, and convenient location. It isn't a fancy hotel by any means, but it's completely decent--especially for a short stay. My wife and I were in Medford for a family wedding, I had booked our room on the internet with a great price! What a surpise, new carpeting was being installed and inside walls had been freshly painted, great updates, front desk personal were friendly & very helpful.. With 90+ degree temps outside, our room was very comfortable with a great air conditioner. […] The room was very clean and spacious, our room looked out over a large retail grocery store parking lot, but we never heard any traffic, room darking drapes shut out the hot summer sun. We enjoyed the continental breakast of hard boiled eggs, cereal, hot waffles, sausage, toast, juice, milk, fruit, coffee, etc.. Exceptional staff assistance to make sure our needs were met! Convenient to the freeway, plus I noticed two shuttle buses going to & from the airport. We were extremely pleased with this motel and would stay their again if in the Medford area! I recommend the Medford Qualioty Inn in Medford if your looking for a great place to stay. Lisateave

Comfy beds with clean rooms. Service is adequate. Good place to stay for families. Free wifi is a plus but it ran at a snails pace with a full signal.

I'm not sure how many options there are in Medford, but this place isn't great. I might just be done with Quality Inns after may last 2 stays with them. At this one the room had a really odd odor and I'm not sure with was terribly clean. The pool is fine, the neighborhood is sketchy.

We just needed a comfortable bed and a shower in a hotel that allows dogs for an overnight stay on our way to California. There was an Elmer's next door, which was great for a quick dinner and our room was clean. It was everything we needed for this particular stay.

I booked this hotel mostly because they boasted an outdoor swimming pool. When I arrived, the pool was closed "seasonally" even though it was nearly a month after spring break and it was nearly 90 degrees in Medford. This was an okay motel - very basic but clean. Not close to much of anything. Had to ask the manager to have a guest in a close room to park his truck in parking spaces as he kept going out and sitting in his truck to smoke and slamming the truck door which was disturbing.
