I was disappointed that the walls were so "thin" and that you could hear everything said in the next room.Also-the toilet kept breaking.

I was very disappointed, I needed an upgrade in which they had 2 rooms available, but since I prepaid I did not qualify to get them. The room only had one lamp with working light bulbs, I ask to have the light bulbs in the other 2 lamps, they said they would take care of it and didn't. Wanted to use the suana and hot tub those were the perks that made […] me choose the hotel, however, they were out of order. Went swimming as soon as the swimming pool opened, there were no towels. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were very nice. The location was convenient to where we were going, to our son's graduation from boot camp. One thing I think you should change is that the person who checks you in, we checked in early in the morning, 6:30, was dressed in pajama pants and a t-shirt, I think she should be dressed in a more professional […] way, no matter what time of the day it is. When we checked out, around 11:00, the front desk attendant was dress very appropiate for the hotel. We were also booked into a non-smoking section of the hotel, as I was told by the front desk, but the people next to us were smoking in their bathroom and the smoke came through the vents into our bathroom. On Friday night when we got back from the graduation, the smell was really bad, we put on the fan and left it on, I literately had to cover my nose and mouth everytime I went into the bathroom. I called and complained and they told me they would take care of it right away, but an hour later, I walked into the bathroom and the smoke smell was really strong. We left the fan on all night, so that it would not effect my asthma, and it help, by the next morning the smell was less. We left for the day on Saturday and left the fan on all day. For the rest of our stay the smell had stopped. Lisateave

Bad cat urine smell in a few hallways. Generally dirty hallways. Pool and hot tub was nice though. Had a bad experience on Sat. night with roudy partying close to our room. We had to get up early to meet our graduating sailor from Naval base and the hotel did not evict the group until after 1:30a.m. We had to get up at 6:00a.m.!!! We called the desk […] 3 times between 10:20pm. and 1:15 a.m. to complain about noise and not getting any rest. Did get a refund for the one night but it left a big sour note at the of our trip. the title says it all-- however, the pool and hot tub were clean. We were kept awake by the folks in the next room- the walls are like paper-- our neighbors were not being that loud-- we could just hear everything. The hotel restaurant had amazing food but very high prices.

THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE HOTEL EVER! IT SHOULD BE A MOTEL. I WAS SO DISGUSTED of this hotel I didn't even stay the night matter of fact I wasn't there no more than 5 minutes. Hotel was a little rundown.towels smelt like bleach. Great continental breakfast though. I don't recommend a room with double beds a lot different room from the queen beds.I booked a total of 8 nights through hotels.com and needed to stay an extra night they wouldn't give me the same rate even though hotel was empty.

The hotel staff was awful. The hotel was in major need of being updated. The pool was huge but cold. The hot tub was nice but not very hot. The sauna was broken. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. Not somewhere I would ever stay again. Cable went out while we were there. Check in was at 3 our room was not clean and front desk could not contact housekeeping […] to find out when rooms would be available so I had to search for housekeeping so we could check in at 430. I am a breastfeeding mother and needed to find my son so until the room was available they gave me a key to the conference room which had a table covered with food and drinks and garbage on the floor. The hotel was under construction while I was there, which made it seem unappealing when you walked into the lobby... The hallways had an odor as well as the room, however, it wasn't that bad. Overall, it was an OK hotel for the amount that I paid. I would recommend searching a little more before settling on this hotel.

had problems trying to enter any door other then the front due to weather affecting the slide key access. maybe should be covered better. Staff is friendly over all.

Stayed in a family suite. Worked out well. Beds were comfortable, bathroom somewhat outdated, but otherwise nice room. Breakfast room crowded due to military graduation. Nice reception for military families. Good info provided for graduation as well as good location for driving to graduation. Restaurant good as well as sports bar. Friendly staff.

I grew up in Zion and have stayed at the Ramada years ago. It looks as if they haven't modeled the rooms in MANY years. Burn holes on sinks and tub. Iron had melted stuff on it. Coffee pot had material coming out of it. Hot tub was broken, pool was freezing. Entire hotel was cold, staff at breakfast had a coat and gloves on. Hotel had an oder. Staff was nice and very helpful. Hotel itself is older and pretty run down. The room smelled and we could hear every bump and noise from our two neighbors. No elevator made for an interesting time lugging luggage to the second floor. It worked but wasnt really worth the money. Could have stayed at a cheaper motel and got the same.

The best part of my stay was the saddle ranch restaurant the waiter Robert was the best waiter ever. The cook two thumbs up. The hotel staff was nice and friendly. I would def stay there again

Id stay there again, but had some issues with cleanliness. We had one towel that was full of hair. The downstairs hallway stunk of smoke and seen some spiders in stairway and by entry. We had a king room and didn't have a fridge in it. The common areas like the front desk, bar, and restaurant were all very nice. Huge pool! Overwhelming service at the […] restaurant. Front desk service sucked. The young lady seemed as if she didn't want to be there. Checking out the young man was more into his phone than the customers. The room was a little dusty and dirty in some spots. For the price I paid it was not worth me staying there. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and I'm a simply guy. The hotel was very clean, however, I would classify it as a "motel" not a "hotel". The amenities listed were by far exaggerated. The space was very small with no place in the bathroom for toiletries. The facility is 2 story with no elevator. Carrying heavy suitcases upstairs was not fun. The gym consisted of 1 treadmill and 2 bikes. Rooms were clean but the walls are very thin and you could hear the people next to you and in the halls. You could also hear the people above you walking around.

I would recommend this hotel. I would give it a three star. Nice pool and pool hours were also great open to 11:00 P.M., most hotels are 9 to 10 P.M. Had a nice Sauna in the pool area. Rooms need little updating but for a family with kids the overall stay was very pleasent.

Very helpful with Navy families. The Thursday night family meet and greet was very nice not to mention the complimentary drink. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially our bartender Friday night. I would recommend this hotel to other Naval graduates families. The hotel was clean, close to Six Flags, and the staff got us right in our room! The room we stayed in was big, and it didn't take long to fall fast asleep in a comfortable bed. Thank god for the nice bed's. The staff was very disappointing, the hotel was run down and when we called the desk for the pool area light's to be turned on, nobody came down. A guest had to get dressed and go to the front desk, then finally after about an hour, someone came and turned them on. Many guest had already left the pool area.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ramada we stayed at. When we arrived they gave us a ground floor room that was located away from the pool. I asked if they had something closer to the pool so that my husband wouldn't have to try to walk so far because he has difficulty walking. Without hesitation they looked and found a room that was just around the corner […] from the pool, and gladly changed my room for me. They had many choices at the free breakfast that came with the room rental. I will stay here again when I visit. Excellent Service!!! If I had to make any suggestions to change something I would just say that the room was a little dark, maybe it needs a new color update but it was very clean. Lisateave
