carpets were not nice at all this year..... furniture is still too large for the room size.... with such small rooms, they really should down size the furniture.. not easy to walk through.... rest of the room was clean

The location was ok. Door did not shut well, could see daylight all around it. One corner of the door had a gap that a small pencil could be pushed trough it. You could hear traffic all night long. I would not stay here again.

OVERALL OK FOR THE PRICE...BUT THE BATHROOM IS VERY SMALL AND FREE BREAKFAST WAS CEREAL DON'T THINK I WILL STAY AGAIN.

I requested non smoking explaining that I am alergic to smoke. It was not non smoking! The room was not very clean. There was no shampoo. For $100 a night, it should at least been cleaned. I will not stay there again!

The pillows were completely flat. We had to go to Walmart and buy some more. The comforter had two big rips in it and the stuffing was coming out. We called the desk and they said they would replace it when we checked out. The blanket also had two cigarette burns in it and this was a non-smoking room. The shower nozzle was stuck on one setting that […] nearly took a beating out of me. Only one cup for ice and there were two of us, only one key worked, remote didn't turn on the tv, and the internet only worked the first night we were there. I won't stay here again Lisateave

The hotel was ok to spend the night. The bed was a little hard but the room was clean and comfortable.

Pictures are deceiving. We weren't familiar with Hot Springs area, this hotel is poorer part of town. Our room was on bottom floor, right next to staircase. We had to hear everybody and their brother stand in front of our door talking and stomping up and down the stairs. Women and men laughing loudly in close proximity. The hotel is olde,r but has had some renovations. It is in a good location, but the neighborhood is a little iffy. My husband and I will probably use it again, but it is not a good hotel for children. There is no pool. Overall it was a decent stay for one nite for the money.

TV was audio only. break fast was ok. it was conviniently located in central avenue which is .5 miles down the down town. nice experience would recommend to all who wish to get stay in small budget

The paint on the walls didn't even match for example the wall was very beige and paint splotches all over the wall were white. Extension cords everywhere. It was dirty and the bedspread had a big hole right on top so all you could see was the cotton fiber insidde. Coffee pot didn't work and decaf coffee was the only coffee provided anyway. We had to […] ask for regular coffee. The clerks were very polite and pleasant and dressed very nice so, I was pleased about that part. The room wasn't filthy or disgusting, but very dated. This is a very old building and the rooms lacked that 'fresh' feeling. However, even with older fixtures the bathroom was extremely clean and didn't feel "gross". This place is more like a one star vs two star hotel. When we arrived the front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us, was on the phone, and although it was only an hour away she said "We can't check you in until check in time" and resumed her telephone call. At least she could have checked to see if any rooms might have been available sooner or at least […] offered to hold our bags (we arrived on motorcycles) but she couldn't have cared less. When my friend and I returned on our bikes the man up front was more courteous. The bathroom shower is a frighteningly claustrophobic cell. You will have to duck to get in if you are 6"1 like me. The staff was very helpful with information about restaurants and locations. They were also very polite and courteous. The room was clean and nice.

the room we had the first night was really bad. bed was half repaired so that the foot of the bed was higher than the head. the next morning we realized the drain system was inadequate for showering and shaving. the room we moved to the second night was much more acceptable

We stayed at the Inn for the Hot Springs Bike Rally and throughly enjoyed our stay, pool was not up and going so we were kinda disapointed with that but everyone who worked there, from the front desk to housekeeping was wonderful.

The location is awesome thats for sure. Close to everything. The staff was super super nice, all of them. One thing I didn't like was the beds, they were pretty uncomfortable. M y stay was nice. The hotel was centrally located to a lot of tourist sights. There was rust in the shower area. However, the staff was friendly and courteous. The surroundings will look better once the remodeling is finished at the hotel across the way.

Enjoyed the stay overall, the pool was closed due to construction, which was a disappointment. But was offered an upgraded room for just a little more so that we could have a hot tub.Which I was very pleased with. Employees were super super nice.

The only problem was that when we arrived at 4 p.m. (two hours past check-in time), none of the rooms were clean and we had to wait for 40 minutes, which was inconvenient because we had a dog in the car. well the room was ok, clean, the staff was very nice but the only thing I did not enjoy was the dead mousse by the dining room we were eating breakfast and we notice the mousse, one of the guest told the guy who was in the reception and he came and clean up and apologize for the inconvenience, it looks like the hotel is under construction, which I understand […] some mousse will be running around but if they put up some tramps for the mousses they need to check them often to prevent theses problems, also the vending machines were out of water and they did not have any drinking water in the lobby overall was ok. We were planning on just staying 1 night at the motel after a long day on the lake. The room was actually fairly comfortable, but reaked of cigarrette smoke. They are doing construction at the motel, so the pool was unavailable. We decided to just go ahead and drive home that night mainly just due to the smokey smell. When I booked the room they advertised a pool and Wifi and when I got to the motel the pool was closed and Wifi wasn't working in our rooms. We called the service desk from our room several times and no one would ever answer but when we called the motel from our cell phone in the motel room they would answer. Hotel was in a very convenient location. Room was clean and kept clean--we stayed 3 nights. Not a fancy place, but very adequate. Our only disappointment was that the pool was closed due to repairs.

did not clean the room at all, it need to be torn down and remodel. i went to the front desk and they did not do any thing but gave me two big towels. we did not have any clean linens.

They have some construction going on, but other than that it was a nice stay. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but the room was extremely clean. Was pleased will stay again in the future!
