Great location for a conference I was attending in OC. Clean and comfortable. The Staff was friendly and courteous. I would definitely go back.

Nice basic room on the bayside of north Ocean City, MD. Comfortable mattress, lumpy pillows. Noisy neighbor could hear through a locked suite door. Front desk staff were pleasant.

it was an incredible stay. it got a little loud at night but i think that's pretty common for a stay at a spring break destination.

The only problem we had was the hotel was packed and we ended up on the floor with a lot of young teen age kids. Other then that it was a nice stay.

The room was very nice & clean. The service was very prompt and attentive. Very convenient to everything. Denny's connected to the hotel, movie theater next to the hotel, shopping a short walk away, and dining a short walk or drive away.

We took our own pillows for we had seen on the reviews the pillows were small and were glad we had taken our own. The room was clean and the service was good. This is a place we would stay again.

With Denny's next store with a walkway how could you go wrong! With winter weather you don't need to leave the building stay and work out or swim.

I guess I am just too used to my favorite hotel chain. This was a good hotel when it was last minute (literally booked it an hour out from reaching OC) and we needed a place for the night. However, no extras in the room and the rooms are not sound proof at all. We heard the neighbor making plans for his "extravagant" weekend. Never again...

We got a great deal on hotels.com and stayed here for 1 night. I love denny's so the location of a dennys right outside the hotel was a plus. While checking in one of the reception ladies was not very polite, however while checking out I dealt with another person and she was super nice. Would stay here aging if visiting.

Overall, staff was very pleasant. Hotel elevator has an ocean water smell. Beds are very hard. It was nice for a few days to get away, but not a week long beach vacation.

overall yo get what you pay for---was a great rate for being new years eve weekend--had no heat in first room but we moved to another room where the hear took several hours to begin to work--front desk staff was very helpful considering the hotel was booked full because of new years eve--location in town was very near everything(shopping-food-movies-entertainment)--great […] bay view from our window--nothing fancy to room but was comfortable--room included refrigerator and microwave which was nice--24 hour conveniant store in lobby was a nice bonus for late night snacks or beverages with free coffee--would stay there again in future Lisateave

Great location! Friendly staff! Our a/c and heat unit was very loud. We told the front desk and by the time we can back there was a new one ! Great service and fixed the problem quickly so we could sleep well !

Overall, the room was updated and clean. The shower/tub was a bit narrow but ok. Parking is a challange because the hotel shares the lot with Denny's and the movies.

This hotel stay was superb, the room were immaculately clean, bath room was superb and the staff were dynamic, friendly and helpful. This was my first visit to Ocean City and I could not pick a better hotel for my stay. This will be my hotel every time I visit O C.

The room was dusty and pubic hair in the shower. I could not get internet and when i called down to the front desk for help and the guy working at the front desk had no clue how to help me get the internet. I asked to speak to someone who knew how to help me. He put me on hold and the next thing I know they had hung up on me. I called the front desk […] 3 times and no one never did help me. I took my grand daughter to the pool and it was real dark in there. I went to the front desk and they said they would send someone to check it out. No one ever showed up Lisateave

Hotel has made many improvements over the last few years and is really in good shape. My only complaint is the beds are somewhat hard (but okay) but they use these small, square pillows which are VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.

Overall, stay was sufficient but advertisement and confirmation both indicated "free hot breakfast" and when we arrived, we were told they do not participate in that program. Could have booked closer to activities for a few dollars more and had that amenity included.

The hotel was quiet and away from the busy road. The back rooms even face the bay and even had a little bit of a water view. The hotel and room was in great repair and conditon. The staff was courteous and helpful. There is a Dennys on site with great breakfasts and meals. Lots of free parking. I would highly recommend this place!

The staff was fantastic. Gave us great info about local buses and traffic, attended to all our problems (extra towels, early check-in, locked out with no ID) with a smile. The room was nice--comfortable beds, great shower pressure and temperature, fridge and microwave in separate area, and plenty of room to spread out. The retractable clothesline over […] the tub was a nice extra. The only (slight) detraction is that we had to cross Coastal Hwy to get to the beach, but there is a crosswalk with traffic light at the end of the block. None of the oceanfront hotels we tried would let us book for a single night (on Labor Day weekend), but Comfort Inn was very accommodating. I recommend them highly. Lisateave

Great location, great price and good staff. The room wasn't what i expected. Not bad just not great. Beds and linnen were a little old and the carpets could have been cleaned a lot better... i wouldn't let my kids walk on it bare foot. But other wise it was good. Would stay there again.

good to get some rest after a day at the beach far from boardwalk and rides clean room one bed was uncomfortable had a flat center like a sink hole in the middle of mattress. overall o.k. next to breakfast area and movie theatre

The hotel was very nice and clean. It had really nice upgrades and the room looked modern. The staff was helpful & there is a Dennys conveniently attached to the hotel & nearby stores. I wish the hotel was on the oceanfront but other than that it was great.
