We were in late at night and out early on book-end Saturdays from our vacation. The shuttles were prompt , drivers friendly and quick to help with luggage ,.one picked up us and two other parties away from the assigned slot . Italian restaurant was Ok , we were the last customers of the night , waiter was distracted and did not suggest any salads, drinks […] , or dessert , the bread was clearly day-old and stale , entrees were fine. Needed a layover hotel on our way home and decided to try this Hilton, It was a great choice compared to the hotel we stayed at on the way out of the country. Close to the airport but without all the jet noise. Clean inside, very updated rooms, corner room was awesome and worth it. This hotel was conveniently close to the airport and provided a shuttle to and from that was very timely. I wished I could have stayed at the hotel longer than the 5 hour layover as this was one of the most comfortable hotels I have stayed in. Large and spacious room, great water pressure and friendly staff made this quick layover relaxing.

Gorgeous lobby. Great location. Lots of different restaurants close by. Room was clean. Bathroom smelled like bleach but it wasn't overwhelming & it was comforting to know it had been thoroughly cleaned. Be warned the hotel's incident fee is based on how many nights you stay. Most places just charge you one fee regardless of how many nights you stay. […] The overall hotel was clean but it appears they don't get their windows cleaned often. I chose this hotel, because of the handicap bathroom (grab bars, shower bench, and hand-held shower head). I booked one king bed, but when I arrived I was told the only rooms left had double beds. I was fine with that, because the main thing I needed in my room was a bathroom that had handicap amenities. Once I got to my room, I noticed that the bathtub […] had grab bars, the hand-held shower head, and no shower bench. I called the front desk to see what could be done. I was told someone would bring a shower bench to my room. Ten minutes later, I received a shower bench only to find that it was dirty. The bathtub was dirty as well. There was ground up dirt in the tub. When housekeeping came, everything was cleaned except the bathtub and shower bench. I was disgusted. But this made me understand why the bathtub had ground up dirt (because housekeeping doesn't clean the tubs). If by chance they do, it is not done thoroughly enough to say the tubs are clean, because I asked the woman to clean out the tub and shower bench and both items were still not that clean. Besides that, the hotel was decent. The staff was nice and the breakfast was excellent. The only thing that may prevent me from ever going back to this hotel again is the bathroom, if it were not for that, I would recommend this hotel to someone else. Lisateave

Great stay and no issues other than in todays business world free wifi internet in the rooms is a must and parking should be validated for guests. Have stayed in several locations around this hotel and would not stay here again due to the additional fees. If you like the sports bar, you can walk here from at least 6 other hotels within a mile. Sorry […] to be negative, but when all the competition is good don't overcharge. The one great thing was the gym, that made up for a lot. Lisateave

Hotel was amazing. Extremely impressed with quality for price we paid during Final Four weekend. Especially impressed with shower and blackout shades/curtains. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The shuttle drivers were excellent and friendly. The inside hotel employees were indifferent to the point of almost being rude. The bartender was actually curt. I have stayed here many times before and never experienced such a lack of at least pretending to care about the guests. My breakfast waitress was pleasant, I must say.

It was my first time staying at the Hilton Atlanta and I felt that everything was fine besides the parking. It should be included in the price of the room.

This is a nice hotel. Clean and well maintain. I recommend it. Only thing I wish the room had was a microwave. The room was a nice size with a nice view. I had a king corner room. The hotel had basically everything you need if you did not want to leave. Restaurants, hairdresser, krispy crème, etc. I enjoyed my stay. hotel was very nice, however, I requested an early check-in and showed up 1 hour before regualr check-in and was told every king junior suite was dirty....really, every one? After 45 minutes a room was ready. However, we still had a great time.

I've been staying at this hotel for year during oversees layovers in Atlanta. It is conveniently located her the airport, has a reliable shuttle service that runs every 15 mins, two restaurants and a bar inside the hotel, and is down the street from a few other local favorites as well. Comfortable. Staff was good accept one day housekeeping didnt come but luckily we came back to the room and let them know that they didnt come and the came right away. They check on you and they actually value your stay there. Yes I would go again

Great Hotel! I cant say enough great things about this hotel! My husband and I stayed here for the weekend and it was soooo comfy and very clean! We didnt want to leave! This hotel is not far at all downtown Atlanta; about an 8 mile drive. They have a few restaurants in the hotel, indoor & outdoor pool, a night bar with pool tables. The staff was nice […] and very helpful. We ate out because we spent so much time downtown vs at the hotel but it was still a great choice of hotel for anyone; couples, kids, anyone really! You will not be disappointed. When we come back to Atlanta we will stay here at the Hilton again for sure! 5 STARS FROM US! :) Lisateave

HOTEL WAS VERY NICE; WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH PARKING THE CAR AND GETTING IN AND OUT OF THE PARKING AREA; THE KEY CARD DID NOT WORK AND HAD TO GO TO THE DESK 3 DIFFERENT TIMES AND FINALLY THE 3RD TIME THE CLERK REALIZED THEY DID NOT CHARGE US FOR PARKING THE CAR. HAVING THE ABILITY TO LEAVE THE CAR AT THE HOTEL WHILE WE WERE GONE AND HAVE THE TRANSPORT […] SERVICE TO AND FROM THE HOTEL WAS WONDERFUL. Lisateave

the room was spacious, clean and confortable. the room was a smoking room but still clean to the point I couldn't tell it, and I am not a smoker. the staff was very polite and helpfull.

We got to the room and there were hairs on top of the bed - both curly and straight! Yuck! I quickly asked for another room and we were moved. Five minutes later, a random person opens our room because they had assigned our room to someone else after giving us the stinking room. Not happy with this Hilton at all.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and well decorated. Parking was an additional $12 but you paid once that for your entire stay. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and would go there again

Goods: Hotel is located close to the airport and walking distance to an irish pub, a thai place and a diner- all three were good. My room on the "executive" floor was clean and modern. Shower was huge and very nice. Parking was not $12 but free for overnight guests. Not goods: Paying for the executive floor was a disappointment as no real benefits are […] offered, and "happy hour" in the lounge is really just a cash bar. Nothing is free but coffee, soft drinks and snacks. I didn't even get free wi-fi as an "executive" guest. Also, despite being a frequent Hilton Hhonors user, my status didn't come with internet either; in fact because I prepaid for the room they wouldn't even credit my stay to my Hhonors account. Hilton needs to recognize that in 2013 free internet is expected, and executive rooms should actually garner some executive privileges. Lisateave

We booked a non smoking room and when we opened the door the wall of smoke met you. We asked for an alternative, to be told there were none. Finally they agreed to give free breakfast as compensation. Frankly we have had better service at lesser named hotels. We wont be staying at a Hilton again.
