"Days Inn in Murray KY"
This was my second stay at this hotel. The first time I stayed everything was nice. This time was completely different. The smell in the bathroom was not very inviting. It smelled like the odor male cat urine gives off. There was a dead bug in the tub. There was a leftover used washcloth hanging over the shower curtain. The one bed sheet had stains […] on it like it had not been changed and did not smell fresh. The mattress box spring when I changed the sheets had a huge brown stain on it. The service desk was very efficient to bring me new sheets to change per my request. The knob on the room heater was missing so it was difficult to control the temperature. What happened???? "Days Inn, Murray"
Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke, but it was clean and quiet. The beds are REALLY firm. We read the "go green" signs and hung up our towels, but the cleaning crew took them anyway and didn't replace them, so I had to go to the office for towels. They came quickly and were very nice. It just needs some updates to get rid of the horrible smell […] in the rooms. Lisateave

"Perfect for visit, good price."
The location and price were perfect for our college visit. Cons: very hard mattress, corners not vacuumed (odd bits of whatever behind tables), door didn't seal completely. Room smelled clean, bathroom fresh, counters clean, no cracks in hard surfaces. Will plan to stay again for short visits.

"Needs Improvement"
Overall was not bad, very kind staff, room was fine seeing as I checked in early but I did notice there was a bed bug problem. Had to go buy bug spray to get rid of them.
