My comment is that the policy about Customer Loyalty Program must have a re-look and re-think. I was told I can't use much of the privileges of the program as my two rooms were under discounted rate. I did not even bother to clock in my stay for Hitlton Honor as I was totally disgusted with such a policy.

This is an overall nice place to stay. I have stayed several times for both business and leisure. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very large. I wish the rooms had a small refrigerator and microwave. It is very inconvenient to have no place to store or heat up leftovers and no way to keep beverages cool. Very odd in current […] times. I also found out on this visit that the hotel has a new $15 per day parking fee. This isn't an outrageous fee, but it is fairly high considering it is their own very large parking lot, not a parking garage that charges the fee. The parking fee will make me consider other options the next time I travel to the Seattle area. Lisateave

No fridge, a tv that was on a dresser, which was missing a drawer. It was definitely a nice stay, but the layout, room design, etc all seemed off. I think this place could use a good update. Overall though, great staff, clean, awesome elevators and views. I do not see myself using it for an extended stay, but a night or two would be about ballpark.

At the end of a 7 day trip where we stayed at 5 different venues, we were appalled to find that the Bellevue Hilton was the only one that did not provide its guests with free wi-fi. And it was $14.95 a day. An otherwise delightful stay was marred by this.

Only thing was the room temperature controller was not working properly. We were trying to get the room cooler and fan to go higher, but the setting would stay the same no matter what u did. It was very late and we were too tired to call someone to look at it.

The room was clean and the staff friendly, but the hotel shows it's age. Rooms missing what are now standard amenities, but the biggest shocker, you have to PAY for PARKING! $15 a day to park a car. There are three hotels within 300 yards of each other; The Bellevue Club, Sheraton, Red Lion, etc... and not one of them charge for parking. Deal breaker, […] wont stay again. Lisateave

The hotel was lovely, and the rooms were very large and very quiet. I think it would have been nice to have the parking fee made more clear so I would be aware of it before arriving.

Here is the deal. We travel a lot with our family to Bellevue, on average we spent at least 1 or 2 nights per month, so we've had an opportunity to try several hotels in the area. For the $$$ I was surprised that: A. Parking was extra (not in Bellevue please, this is the FIRST hotel in Bellevue where I have to pay for parking) B. No free WiFi (Seriously?? […] this is the Hilton and I have to pay extra for that!!). C. Poor location (if you plan on walking to Bellevue Square or Downtown....good luck!). C. The hotel is dated (looks like a flashback from the early 80's and it smells like it too) Lisateave

The light next to my bed did not work and the highway was outside, but the sound was muffled well. I ranked them 4, but would have given it a 4+++++ if I could. Very nice. The morning chef made some great waffles and a wonderful omelet.

Front desk gave us a list of local restaurants and provided helpful information on them. Appreciated the shuttle service to and from local venues. Really nice touches. Do not enjoy paying for wifi, though.

It is right on highway so it gets pretty noisy. The room is very spacious but a bit old and run down. Maybe it is X'mas season,it is very deserted. I would like to try another hotel if I have to go to Bellevue again.

THIS HOTEL WAS GREAT. THE ONLY THING THEY COULD DO TO IMPROVE IS GET A NEW BATHTUB AND MAYBE ADD MORE FITNESS EQUIPMENT.

Blankets hadn't been washed and had food on them. The phone was broken. The tea packet had been opened and there seemed to be spring break going on (even though it is the beginning of Dec)

It was a wonderful stay. Your employees are very cheerful and helpful. The food was excellent too. You did several things for us like bring us a frig so that we could keep Ice packs cold as my husband had some minor surgery and needed to use ice packs. Also your restaurant brought up special food for him as he could eat only certain things.

All was great. We stayed on Thanksgiving, so we ate dinner in your dining room the meal was great but a little expensive $27 for turkey? We also ate the breakfast the omelet bar was great but all the items in the warmers were COLD. $ 18 for cold food.... the hotel stay was wonderful.

Staff at the desk provided outstanding service. My husband couldn't make it, so my girlfriend and I made our trip into a shopping spree. The staff got us checked in early, changed us from a king bed to two queens, gave us coupons to our favorite store, and when they realized the coupons weren't active until after our stay had ended, the staff called […] it to our attention and said, "let us give you free breakfast instead." We had a spacious, room with lots of space for two women to do makeup and hair. The shuttle also took us to the mall and picked us up, so we didn't have to deal with city traffic. Good value for the location and the services. The bathroom was nice and the bed also nice, but the furniture and decor could use an upgrade. Staff is friendly and service is good. Atmosphere is a big hotel and could use more to create a warmer feeling. It is not the top of the list, but also not at the top of the price range either.

The room was shabby. Wall paper looked like it had water stains. Huge room had very little TV and old furniture. The bathroom look a bit upgraded but the room furniture looked like 1970s. Check in person barely spoke English. Overall, not a great stay.

Overall hotel and room were satisfactory but there was a large ugly stain on the carpet which surprised me. Beds and bedding were comfortable, room was large and quiet. There was NO STAFF near the front door except the check-in clerk so nobody to help with questions etc. When I asked for help with bags the clerk could not find a cart to help with.
