Pullman Paris Montparnasse - Pariis

We were very happy when we arrive at the hotel. The room were spacious and the bed is comfortable. I came to paris last december but the hotel i stay in opera was very small and this is the best choice. I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel when I come to Paris.

Hotel lobby is undergoing much needed renovations. Renovated guest rooms and baths are much larger than I had anticipated, very nice, excellent beds, and very sound proof rooms. Breakfast in the Justine restaurant is much better than being seated in the overflow room. Lunch at the Justine lunch buffet was excellent, but beware of very expensive beverages […] in this restaurant. Lines for Concierge were long, and I was not pleased with some of the mis-information I was provided by the concierge regarding local tours. Received incorrect information twice, which greatly inconvenienced us as our stay in Paris was not long enough to make up the time we lost due to the Concierge error. We love this hotel for several reasons. 1st: Location was great because Air France airport bus (line 4) stop just in front of hotel. 2nd: Breakfast was fantastic.. I travel extensively and I highly recommend the Pullman Paris Montparnasse. The hotel itself is very well located right across the street from the Montparnasse train station and from the Air France airport suttle bus. Montparnasse iteself is a good, central location with lots of restaurants and a highly animated ambience. You can walk from here to St. […] Germain du Pres, (if you like to walk) and other areas. The lobby is a bit drab, however the rooms are bright, very spacious, well appointed, very clean, and the bathroom is luxurious by French standards. The beds were very comfortable with nice duvets, extras cushiony pillows, and we happend to have a regal view of Paris from the 10th floor. Everything was simply great! This is not exactly a criticism since it seems like a going trend in Europe ( we have seen elevated tubs in many European countries) but I suggest not to make bathroom tubs so high. Stayed in family room with wife and 2 children and was very satisfied with the stay. Clean rooms and a nice breakfast, hotel is good value for money in Paris. Initial i tough that this hotel is very good location but after we stay in, we found that surrounding there is not much place we can go. But the hotel service requice is really bad. Overall our experienced was very good, very friendly and helpfull staff. My only complain is that the toilet area in our room did not have heat and the toilet seat was always extremely cold.

The Pullman Paris Montparnasse was a great hotel experience! The beds and bathroom were very clean and comfortable! The staff was attentive and helpful! We truly enjoyed our stay! The location is a bit out of the way of the major sites, but not too much of an issue with the metro and bus stop close by! Would definitely stay here again!

It's a great place to stay if you fly in from Orly, the Air France bus drops you off outside the hotel at Gare Montparnasse. Lovely room, ever so slightly disappointed with level of cleanliness. Lovely rooms, fabulous breakfast. Great location to stay and explore Paris from. We stayed in room 2214 which had the best views of Paris. Would definitely stay here again as its a good location. Lots of reasonably priced restaurants nearby too.

Excellent modern business hotel with an attentive staff. The hotel is immediately opposite to the Air France airport bus stop. The views of Paris from our 21st floor room were amazing. The only downside to British guests is that there are no coffee and tea making facilities in the rooms.

We found it very conveniently located near Gare Montpernasse, and just across the street from the Air France bus which we used for transfer to and from CGD airport. Rooms seem to be best on one side of the hotel than the other. I have stayed around 5 times now as it is close to where i work and get the feeling that the more modern rooms are on the business side. Breakfast could be better but the beds are amazing!

Nice hotel, good location. Good value on booking with Expedia together with flights. Very close to metro and short hop for RER stops for access to trains to take you to and from CDG. Good sized room. This hotel is very conveniently located near several subway, trains and bus stations as well as animated area that offers plenty of restaurant and coffee places. Condition of the hotel is very good. Rooms are very clean, functional and comfortable; especially the bedding. Will definitely consider it again for next trip in they area.

They expect customers to pay for glassware to room, this would have been acceptable if you could call the reception/concierge, this was down to all lines on the internal phone being Engadget the entire trip. I'll start with the good. Checkin staff despite the late hour were pleasant and patient. Breakfast was reasonable, good pastries. Location was good for exploring the city (RER and metro stations nearby). Montparnasse tower is a must see vantage point for the city only a block away. Good selection of restaurants nearby as well. Now the bad. First room […] we received had mold in the shower grout. Not something you expect from a 4 star hotel. Second room was flooded (not kidding, one step in the carpet was soaked and water was dripping from the ceiling). We were even willing to upgrade to their deluxe or superior rooms but the upkeep of those rooms weren't any better, mold again. We finally found a room that was ok, clean, minimal mold in the grout but certainly not 4 star quality. Every single room the furniture was showing signs of excessive wear with no proper maintenance, some walls were discoloured despite what obviously was a newly done rennovation. I've been in 3 star hotels that have been better maintained, this hotel is barely a three star. One night we felt tired and wanted to order room service, to our surprise we couldn't find the phone! Turns out, they forgot to put one in our room. At least they sent someone up quickly to put one in. It's not like the people before us had absonded with the phone, no the guy actually had to rewire something to get the phone to work, so it was never installed? Stay away from the breakfast scrambled eggs. Nearly runny and undercooked. Lisateave

Lovely hotel in good location. Extremely clean with luxurious toiletries and bedding. Would recommend to anyone. Breakfast is expensive if not included in your price (22 euros) but supermarkets nearby to buy your own to have in room. Also reasonably priced cafes and restaurants nearby.

My wife's phone charger went missing from the room. It wasn't something we had considered worth locking in the safe. We reported it at checkout and the manager found us a "left behind" charger except we will need to use it back home with a plug adaptor. On the day of departure the cleaners kept trying to enter the room even though we had not yet checked […] out. Perhaps better internal communications would be useful. booked through hotels.com for family room. hotel did not have one available but was very helpful in giving us two adjoining rooms. Service was courteous and rooms clean. Breakfast included which was "american " style with good service and plenty of variety. Good location near the metro.

Pullman hotel is conveniently located to METRO station, GAITE. Very good place to stay, shopping centre & good French restaurant within 5 mins walk. Would stay in this hotel again if coming to Paris.
