It was fine for us. Went to a concert at the Phillips arena which was a short walk from our room so that was great. Cable in all the rooms went out for the hole night not a big deal. Only thing that bothered me was they offered wi-fi, never said it was for free but also never told you there was a $10 charge to use it. Most have it for free and you would […] think that at 200. a night for a room they would throw that in. Did not appreciate that. My overall experience was positive. The young woman at the front desk was very helpful at check-in and extremely nice. Our room had a great view but was on the dirty side. Which I find very surprising, as house-keeping was knocking on our door at 8:07 am. Our fault entirely for not putting a DND hanger on door - but really? 8:00 is pretty early to be […] knocking on doors. Other than that, the only advise I would give would be more prepared for big events. The hotel was *extremely* understaffed for a concert night. We had to wait over 30 minutes to be served 1 drink at the bar. I may have stayed to eat, but there was no way to get service. Just to be very clear - we were STANDING at the bar & had eye contact multiple times before a barkeeper could break away long enough to serve us. (Not the barkeeper's fault - just that busy). Bed was uncomfortable and the room was not situated well. The tv stand had doors that blocked the pathway and the tv was at an angle so it was not easy to see it from the bed and desk. The service was good. Valet sometimes took 20 minutes to get the car which was long.

Wasnt what I expected at all. It's extremely dated. Lack of wall outlets (for any technology person), and ones available were very poorly located,rooms dingy, room service selections very limited, TV service was completely messed up, overall poor. We had a wonderful time at the Omni. Staff was great and very helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Enjoyed gym and pool. We will definitely come back. Also very close to Marta, shops, and restaurants . CNN center was fun.

The hotel room was amazing. Very comfortable bed and clean room. The bellhop took 45 minutes, but they gave us a free breakfast for two for the wait, which was nice. Very easy walking distance to Centennial Park, Philips Arena, Aquarium, and World of Coca-Cola.

Room was clean and neat, service was excellent, Hotel Restaurant was great, and right in the middle of everything that is downtown!

I told the front desk it was a special occasion and she immediately upgraded our room to make it a nicer evening than planned. 15 minutes after we got into the room, we received a delivery of fresh chocolate strawberries and a sweet happy anniversary card from the lady at the front desk. I will probably always stay at a Omni from now on.

We could not have been more delighted with the service! The entire staff treated us as if we were their only guests. They were kind and accommodating - even rushed room service one evening when we were on a tight schedule. Highly recommended!

Tight space between armoir and bed, bath needs updating, great location, bar is where everyone met after the convention.

We did the Aquarium, a concert at the Tabernacle, and enjoyed other sights all within walking distance of our hotel.

We were very impressed with the quality of the hotel. It was beautiful and clean. Unfortunitely, our room was not stocked with a mini bar as described. We stayed here because we were attending a concert at the Philips Arena and it was a great decision because of the close proximity to the arena, but the overall location and neighborhod was not what […] I expected. Very crowded and traffic surrounding the hotel was horrible, but there was a great security presence that made us feel more comfortable. Otherwise, we had a great experience. Lisateave

Great location; however, one half of the room's electrical outlets were not working - left very limited appliance charging capability and no outlets in bathroom. Bathrobe was dirty. Room could use updating and planning was odd since tv furniture jutted out into space to walk through room. Restaurant for breakfast was poor food at high price. My husband and I stayed at Omni CNN Hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and ready when we arrived. We were also able to extend our checkout time. Which was great because he was running the Publix half- marathon. Also the hotel is located at the starting line and the finish line. That was really convenient. This was an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was on the corner of the tower with a killer view. The staff was outstanding, assuring our every request was taken care of (plus things we didn't think of). We will return here!
