It's a very good option, location, price. The bad things, pool close at 6:00pm. The room is kind of old but if you are enjoying Vegas is something won't boder. i would stay again in Harra's

The hotel is showing some of it's age, a little frayed around the edges, but very clean. Nice beds and bedding. The regular rooms are on the small side, the pool is way to small by Vegas standards. There was major construction going on next door on a new addition, no sound issues though. This hotel is in a perfect location to enjoy all that the "Strip" […] has to offer, right in the middle of the action. Check-in is very late 3 or 4 p.m., but check-out is 11 a.m. and resort fee is very high a twenty-one dollars/night. Lisateave

I don't think you can find better value on The Strip. Everything is in less than 10 min walk. I do object not having Internet access included in the room rate but rather in the resort fee.

Harrah's is a wonderful place to stay in Vegas. It's perfectly located on the strip, and in walking distance to other casinos as well as take away shops and fashion mall. The rooms are very clean and provide the basics. The staff were at all times very helpful and polite.

Very disappointed. They charge extra $18 a day as a resort fee for Internet, pool and gym. But there is no wi-fi. I will not choose this hotel anymore.

I enjoyed my stay at Harrahs very much. Even though this is an older hotel, you cant beat the price per night and the location!!

I loved the hotel. On the strip. Though it was a great price.. UNTIL we found out there is a mandatory resort tax that doubled the price of the room. The major deal turned out to be a major dud! Ohh well. The fine print will get you everytime. Hotel was a great hotel tho..

Every time we stay in Las Vegas we stay at Harrah's hotel and casino. This hotel is located smack in the middle of all the best attractions. It is next to palazzo, venitian and across the street from Cesear's palace. The quality of the rooms are decent, but the price and location is where you get your money's worth. Valet was very friendly, check in extremely slow, location and free parking well worth it. $18 resort fee added to room rate. Beds comfortable and room cleaned except for bathroom. Seems like they may have forgotten the bathroom as the sink had a lot of hair around it. Overall a good experience.

I have stayed at Harrah's for the past 5 years and have been very satisfied. This trip was my first for 2013. I was not pleased that when checking in I was charged an additional amont a day for a resort fee. I was on business and did not use the spa, pool, or gym. I was told that this is a new fee as of March 2013. I don't know if I will stay here again. […] The amount of the fee is not the issue, it is the hidden fee I did not appriciate. Hotel was very comfortable. The only negative comment would be the condition of room carpet. It was old and had stains.

we received a free upgrade to a suite and thoroughly enjoyed it. The view from our room was terrific.

This was basically a gambling vacation for me, so I only spent a limited amount of time in my room. Location was perfect on the strip, in the middle of everything. The Casino had free shuttle service to the RIO and Caesars. For the price it was a great value. I would repeat in a second. Great bang for your buck.

This is a very good hotel to stay in Las Vegas. The location is excellent!! In the middle of the strip. Better than this is impossible. The hotel is a normal casino hotel with the entrance through the casino. Pros: excellent car parking and free, but most hotels in Vegas have free car parking. The room was big, very clean and comfortable. The free wireless […] internet was good and fast. What we didn't like: you will be given $9 vouchers per person for breakfast at Starbucks. They have two Starbucks inside and they are quite small. So, forget the normal breakfast buffets you are used to in any other hotel. This is like having breakfast at any other Starbucks. The second thing we didn't like was the check-in time. Be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes, no matter what time of the day or evening you arrive. We have noticed that at other times the queue was quite long too. Apart from these minor things the hotel is great!! Lisateave

Staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a serious problem with our room keys not working and had to replace them daily.

First off I paid around $400 to stay here. Then they charge an additional $40 resort fee when you check in. Then they try to get you to sign up for a time share presentation. After that we go to the room, that has an Air conditioning system that shuts off automatically if it thinks your not in the room. So about every 5 minutes you have to get up and […] open the front door to get the system to turn back on. The phone did not work, so to call the front deck you had to either use your cell phone, which does not have any reception, or go down stairs to the front desk. Then the drain in the shower did not drain, so when taking a shower you also got to take a bath up to your knees. The bed was lumpy, and the TV had mainly china channels. We found a great deal at this hotel, it included a $9 credit at Starbucks for breakfast. The hotel is in a great position next to all the big hotels, Mirage, Bellagio, Venetian. It has several restaurants and a Piano bar which had live music every night. The rooms were spacious with two double beds, try to get the higher floors for a view.

Overall very good and well worth it. Only wish there were more registration counters for faster check in and check out. Hotel location and room size was great....breakfast was a bit dissapointing as while booking it wasn't clarified that it was actually 9$ breakfast coupon at in house Starbucks

While the hotel was convenient, and the main desk employees were more than friendly and helpful, the room, while made up when we arrived, was not as clean as we might want. We found a cigarette lighter on the floor where it normally would have been found with a vacuum. In their hamburger restaurant, service was lacking badly but, in their cafe/coffee […] shop, service for breakfast was excellent. Food was lacking some but service made up for it. The only thing really bad was that there was about a 1 hour wait to check in at about 11:00 PM. I am not sure why they had so much trouble checking people in quickly. There were probably about 10 to 20 groups (rooms) in front of us with two or three clerks working to check us in. Overall our 4-night stay was very good. Rooms are clean and service was very good. We don't like the way they have set up the air conditioning system. While we understand the idea of conservation, the room did not cool down to the set temperature within 30 minutes as stated and it did not stay cool while we slept. Movement in the room is what keeps […] the air cooling and when people sleep, the room does not detect movement. When out and about in 95 degree temperatures, we did not appreciate coming back to a room that was 80-82 degrees. Lisateave

Stayed at Harrahs for our last night in Vegas and what a terrible decision. Upon arriving at 4 pm, which is their checkin time, there was a line of 50 people. Not too bad however the hotel thought it was appropriate to only have one girl checking everyone in. We waited 50 minutes to get checked in. The check in girl was un friendly to top it off. After […] arriving in our room we realized this hotel had no free wifi, our door was dented and had a good inch and a half between the floor and door which made noise levels crazy. Our room was dingy and boiling hot, we changed the thermostat and left for a few hrs. Upon returning to our room it was still boiling. We called down to front desk who explained that they have a room sensor control so if your not in your room it will stay at a preset temp. So basically if your out gambling all night be prepared for a hot return. Definetly do not recommend this hotel. Lisateave

This mid-range hotel is in a fabulous location, right in the middle of the strip. Great clean rooms with really comfortable beds, older facilities but overall very good. Nice pool area, could do with a few more moveable umbrellas, but apart from that very good. The free breakfast included in our promotion was adequate, available only from Starbucks […] and to the value of $9.00 per person but good selection all the same......we especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and yoghurt box. Only downside was the smokey Casino. Can't believe that in America you can still smoke indoors !!!! Sooooo far behind good old NZ in that respect. Check in was average. We checked in early and left our bags with the Bell captain. that was smooth, as the lines were not long. When we got our key and went up to our room, the keys did not work. When we went back down, there were about 20 people trying to check in, and only two clerks. The wait was unacceptable. Later, the lines were about 50 deep. […] Housekeeping staff were the best, very friendly. We did not gamble much here, preferred the Quad, and downtown. The buffet was not our favorite, and the waiter was rude. Lisateave
