The hotel location is very concenience, however, due to the re-construction work in the hotel, the cleanliness of the rooms are under expectation.

Friendly Staffs, convenience location. But toilet fixing are very old and dirty.

We recently stayed at this hotel for three days and didn't realize the hotel was under major renovation. However we were assigned a room on renovated floor which looks nice, the room was average size with a queen size bed but comfortable and clean. All of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful for our needs. We would recommand this hotel to […] anyone because of its fantastic location. Everything OK, just the temp. of water no good, sudden hot & sudden cold, this is the only thing I'm not satisfy.

very convenient to any places in Taipei. Very helpful staff. The hotel is under renovation. We had an old room which smelled stinky. They put us into a renovated room upon our complaint. The room was much better. Nice service.

The service of the hotel was so so. I tried communicating in both English and my limited Mandarin and it was difficult. They wouldn't allow any check in before 3pm despite I got there at 10am already. I went to get my room again at 2:45pm and they told me I need to wait another 20 mins. I was quite angry and asked them " you mean 15 mins, right?" At […] the end, they wouldn't even start to check me until until 3pm. Took another 15 mins to get my room. The hallway of the higher floors are rennovated but the rooms are not really. It's still old but beds are comfortable and size of room is consider good as compared to others I have stayed in Taipei. Very convenience, near MRT and HSR. Shop and Shilin night market are few stop away. I took the HSR to Kaohsiusg and back in one day. If I am coming to Taipei, I will book Caesar Park Hotel again. Hope they dun jack up the price!

TOO EXPENSIVE FOR SUCH A POOR INFRASTRUCTURE.

Don't get the Superior Room. There are several level of rooms, Superior, Deluxe, Premier, Executive (Lowest to Highest) Superior looks NOTHING like any of the pictures on this site. It is so small, and the condition is very poor. The bed is hard (not firm, there's a difference). You can almost feel the springs. There were tiny micro bugs crawling […] in the bathrooms, you see one every now and then. On my last night stay there, i discovered a line of ants crawling near the tiny fridge. I should have upgraded.. Go with the higher level rooms, hopefuly they are better. Service is good, except for one day where room was not service until 6pm. Location is obviously the attraction here. Good location for public transportation of all types; particularly when in rainy days. Friendly staff. Fair rate.

It is Ok for a 4 star hotel, the location and neighborhood is not the greatest but Ok if you move by subway.

The hotel is at a very good location, just opposite Taipei Main Railway Station, which makes traveling around (by MRT) very convenient. Hotel staff are generally very friendly and approachable. Caesar Park Hotel is a perfect place to stay in Taipei. The hotel has an underground access to the MRT system, the Taiwan fast train, main bus station, some malls, even undeground shops and restaurants. It makes sight-seeing and shopping a lot more convenient specially when it's hot outside. The hotel lobby is fairly updated. It doesn't look old at […] all. Although the room where we stayed in had a "vintage" design (translation: not updated), it was spacious and clean. The staff are really helpful and polite/friendly. They have a gym, sauna, and a roof garden. It was absolutely worth it. PS. Booking a hotel with www.hotels.com is also a great discovery for us. It was fast, easy, and reliable. I've stayed in this hotel twice. I was very happy the first time, that's why I opted for the same hotel the second time I visited Taipei. But the second stay was disappointing ! I booked via Hotels.com for 2 adults and 1 child (where I specified my child is 16 years old) for 2 night stay and it was very clear in the confirmation voucher that breakfast […] is included. However the hotel front desk kept insisting that in their record, I've only booked for 2 adults and therefore only 2 breakfast vouchers were given. It would be chargeable if my child also go for breakfast. It took me a lot of time to explain and talking to them for them to realise my booking was indeed what I've described exactly to them and they finally gave me the 3rd breakfast voucher ! It was such a waste of time and I ended up dissatisfied with the hotel front-desk service instead of enjoying my holiday. I think the communication between hotels.com staff and the hotel staff also ought to be improved. The hotel staff kept saying Agoda only booked for 2 adults with the hotel reservation dept. I'm not sure why Agoda is in the picture but this problem should be between the hotel and hotels.com/Agoda !!! The room allocated to me was also meant to be for 2 adults. My daughter & I had to squeeze into 1 bed. I didn't ask to change room as I didn't want to get into another round of unhappy conversation with the hotel staff and make myself even more miserable. Booked Caesar Park for a free and easy stay in Taipei. The location was wonderful with easy access to the MRT & trains. Service was also fantastic. Only slight problem was the spotty wifi service in the room although wired connection was available. Definitely recommend it for visitors who are looking explore Taipei on their own.

The hotel is situated right on top of the mrt station, super convenient. It is also only one mrt stop away from ximending, and a few stops away from shilin night market. The staff are ever polite. The enthusiusm throughout the day is impressive.

Good location in Taipei Station. No Wi-Fi in the room. Some problems in connecting the internet. Poor air-conditioning. Wrongly billed for making telephone calls,

Great place to stay. Reasonable prices, great service, great location, easy access to mrt and train station. Just a little setback that I discovered the quilt cover was dirty only after i woke up from a night sleep. Eeeee.....Other than that, this place is great. Will stay here again if I come back for holiday.

I have been to Taipei more than 10 times and stayed in several different hotels but now I stay only at Caesar Park. Rates are reasonable and service is excellent. Most important, it is directly connected underground to a huge mall and to the Taipei Main rail and subway stations. This makes it easy to travel nearly anywhere in Taipei on its excellent […] subway system, far better than that of any American or European City. We visit Taipei at least twice a year for the past 5 years. We chose this hotel this time because of the location and neighborhood because of my son. The area around the hotel are very busy with lots of restaurants and shops. Despite the excellent services by the hotel staff, the room we got was old and in need of serious update. The room size is small […] and the bathroom is very old. We booked for 5 nights but checked out after one night. Since I booked through Hotel.com, we had to fight with the hotel to get the refund of the 4 nights that we did not use. The hotel original charge us for 2 nights, after several conversation, they finally agree to refund 4 nights. Again, the services from the staff are wonderful but the room are old. We were told they are rooms that have been updated but our room was not sol make sure you ask for the room that have been updated. Lisateave

We had a wonderful stay at Caesar Park Hotel, Taipei. The room is very clean and the service is fantastic. The hotel location is good too as it links to Taipei Main Station. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

This is my first time to use Caesar Park Taipei, and was impressed with its excellent and efficient services. The staff members are polite, helpful and proficient in different languages. It is situated in a hub of Taipei city where one can easily tour around shops, eateries, and MRT. I am sure I will use Caesar Park in my next trip.

No Wi-Fi in the room.

The location of cesar park hotel is in the center of taipei station , it is very comfortable. Besides, the service of the hotel is very good and the people is very helpful' If every room can arrange Email service, it can increase the commerical person to choose the hotel.

I booked this hotel because of its convenient location close to Taipei Main Station. Getting to the subway (MSR) and the high-speed rail was no problem, less than 5 min. The biggest plus is that the hotel has a direct indoor connection to the railway station. Just take the elevator to the basement and you are there. Overall, it is an excellent hotel. […] Typical for an asian hotel of that catagory, there are always at least five people in the looby, which don't do anything else then waiting for you to address your needs and questions. Rooms are nice and clean. I also had a wonderful foot massage in the hotel's spa after a day of walking in the city for sighseeing. For similar rates of hotels I stayed during this 10-day trip to Taipei, I'm very disappointed in this one...impressive lobby and walkway corridors to the rooms, but once inside its like a time tunnel back to the 70s, writing desk and beadhead console are antiquated while its a shock to a bathroom so small the door couldn't even fully opened,its a crying […] shame to see the state of the bathroom for a 5*hotel....the only saving grace is the excellent location situated smack right on top of the Taipei main transportation hub. No return stay for me until they totally refurbish the rooms to real 5*status, and it badly needed one now, especially the bathrooms!! Lisateave

Excellent location, extremely convenient to travel to many parts of taipei and even to outskirts as Taipei bus station is just across. Room was clean but furniture looks old and antiquated. Stayed for 4 nights at Caesar Park, Taipei. As with the other reviewers, the hotel has a great location, being situated directly opposite the Taipei Main Station, with the Metro linked through the basement. the location is really good, very accessible to all, i will surely go back to this hotel...

I stayed 5 nights in this hotel and did not sleep well because of the rock hard bed. As I am a side sleeper, I woke up with sore shoulders every morning. In addition, the drainage pipes were noisy at times of the day and night. However, I could have solved that problem by asking for an additional comforter and buying ear plugs. Other than that, the […] hotel is very well situated with plenty of amenities around. Food and shopping is just a short walk away. Ximending, the main shopping area, is one MRT/Metro stop away. A 'Gong Cha' bubble tea store is also in the vicinity. Service was fantastic and all the staff were very polite and helpful. They gave us lots of information on places we wanted to go. There's no wifi in the rooms and only can be accessed through one cable. Plus, the cable access slows down at peak hours (night-time). Still usable, but things take a few seconds to load. Good location with MRT station at basement of hotel and directly opposite Taipei Main Bus and Train Station. Hotel service is very good and people are friendly and helpful. Room is comfortable and clean. Bathroom needs refurbishment though.

The location of this hotel is excellant especially for travellers who wish to travel around via train or subway as it is located just opposite the Taipei Central Train Station and is connected to the subway as well. The room size is decent and the lift system is the most efficient I've ever seen. I hardly have to wait for the lift to arrive each time […] I use it. As the hotel is near the train station, there are many eateries, convenient stores, shopping centres (e.g. Sogo department store) surrounding it. You can also take the airport bus from the airport to the Taipei Train Station and it is a less than 5 minute walk to the hotel. The only minor complaint I have is that the in-room heater does not seem to be working in my room. As it was raining the few days I was there, the air conditioning was very cold and I could not get heat from the unit even though I switched on the heater. Lisateave

Stayed for 5 nites and got my deluxe room bum up to a junior suite as a free upgrade..really good location with Taipei main station right across the road n good food around as well..will definitely stay there again, there isn't any other better location at this price n location.
