The hotel was really nice especially for the price. It was a 20 minute drive from my wedding venue in New Rochelle, but worth it. A little cool in the hallway and rooms. The breakfast was great and we had a large table to fit the family who came in for our wedding.

Beautiful wooded setting on lots of ground, you do not feel like you are in a crowded metro area. Service was perfect. Love the beds at Hilton, I could curl up for days. Couple of drawbacks. The shower/tub was getting just a bit ratty which you do not expect for $200/night. Plus I really hate Hilton's wi-fi policy. I called the front desk requesting a maintenance person to fix the drain of the shower. No one ever came.

The only thing I would have requested was a local shuttle, as this hotel is near many office complexes where I often have meetings. Otherwise service was great. The on site restaurant is also good.

The property was beautiful with all the surrounding trees but was difficult to find at night from the main road. The hotel buffets were quite pricey too. The personnel were professional and very helpful and the rooms, as well as the hotel overall were immaculate.

Me and my girlfriend were in the area for dinner with family and on a whim decided to book a hotel for the night. This place was perfect. The hallways and decor were a bit dated, but the room was modern and the bed was amazing. My only complaint would be that we waited quite a while for a table in the morning to get breakfast and ended up leaving after […] about 10 minutes because nobody was even greeting people or taking names. Spontaneously we decided to go on a little romantic escaped but didn't want to have to drive to far away from home. The hotel staff was surprisingly nice and friendly. The hotel has very good ambiance and all the amenities. Very far walk to other building to get to room. Hotel is a little run down, little banged up. Bar staff is nice, food is mediocre. I prefer the LaQuinta in Armonk - only $99 and the Marc Charles Steakhouse is terrific. Better value for a place to just sleep and eat for the night.

My wife and i stayed here for 2 nights. I was kind of skeptical about good here because they had so much bad reviews but once I got here, it was more than what I expected. I got to my room and there was a terrible smell. The room was burning hot and the carpet was full of stains. Probably from dog urine. I went to the bathroom to freshen up before heading out for dinner and the light fixture was torn with and there was a red stain on it. This website says it's not appropriate to use the words I want to use to describe […] it. It was torn with something you use in a kitchen and the red stain is something that comes out from you. Completely freaked me out. The shower/tub was disgusting. The sheets looked and smelled like they hadn't been changed in a while. it was a non-smoker room yet it also smelled like ciggarettes. It was also in the ghetto. I would not reccommend this hotel to anyone. I have stayed at other hilton hotels and they were much better. this place is just ghetto, filthy, and outdated. NEVER again. It is an older Hilton and is well maintained. But the hotel seems quite out of touch on several things. 1. Internet connection, while free in the lobby, is $14.95 per night in the room FOR EACH DEVICE (2 computers = approx $30. Do the math). 2. The hotel is missing a basic Microwave. They had to replace the thermostat as there was no heat in the room at all. Phone in the room did not work. No ice in the ice machine. Vending machines take money but did not dispense items. Shower drain didn't work. Beds were comfy tho.

The staff was very nice and helpful and very professional. Our room had a bad odor that was present before we checked in. Room service tried to get rid of it but they couldn't; unfortunstely we had to deal with it for our entire stay. I believe it was because they sealed the windows which we couldn't open to get fresh air.

Reservation was all set no problem upon arrival. People at the front desk were very friendly and very attentive. The room was very clean and vary comfortable. The hotel grounds were very spacious and extremely clean and well landscaped. My overall impression was very satisfactory and I will be back in the near future.

Walking into this hotel is a very attractive lobby. The lobby is very nicely done. I stayed here for 3 nights, but on the second night the family that moved into the next room had some major issues, to the point where they got very violent with each other all the way till 6am in the morning. At that point I asked front desk to put me in another room. […] The walls are very thin in this hotel, so all the sound seeps through into the next room. I was able to get a new room easily, which was good and enjoyed the remainder of my stay. My negative points of this hotel (being that its a Hilton and should be at a much higher standard) would be that the room doors seem a little old, the walls are too thin, and the hot water takes quite a bit to get warm,. The carpet in our room had many stains on it making the room feel dirty especially for the price that we paid for it. The spa, indoor pool, and gym were in great condition. The restaurant and bar was very busy and the food was good. It seemed like a good environment for a business trip. Would not stay there again due to the cleanliness of the room.

Have stayed on 4 previous occasions as it is our base for Thanksgiving celebration. This was probably the least comfortable and will be expecting a sizeable Hilton honours points addition as compensation for some unnecessary inconvenience and disturbances during our stay. 4.30 am alarm call which we did not call for on our first night ( didn't help […] our jet lag ) and some noisy malfunction to the thermostat which was swiftly rectified the next morning ( should have been checked before we were shown to our room). Our last night was plagued by party revellers til 3.30am. I had to call for security. Not all the hotel's making you might say but I will be looking into other hotels nearby next time. PS. Not loving the new breakfast layout and the way it operates. Lisateave

The moldy bathroom tile put me off a bit. Seems like an obvious and simple thing to clean so it made me wonder how clean the rest of the place was. service was generally slow whenever people were required but their automated systems work well.

*very* comfortable beds. I forgot to look at the tag so I could buy one for home. The breakfast buffet was a disappointment - just kind of marginal food (though the bacon and muffins were good). Hotel was a stopover on a Thanksgiving trip - the indoor pool was a great way for the kids to blow some energy before getting back in the car.

1) hot water in sink did not work; 2) hotel did not provide shuttle service to/from local airport resulting in nearly $80 of unplanned taxi fees: 3) hotel charges nearly $10/day for internet; 4) hallways were so cold I could not use the pool. SUMMARY: Unless there were no other options, I would definitely not stay at this hotel again.

Front desk was not consistent in handling reservations. Could not get an honest answer to reservation issues. Had to have Hilton customer service and the general manager intervene Hotel main phone was not working so that Hilton reps could not communicate with management except by urgent emails
