I found the lobby to be very clean and inviting, however the hallway to our room had a very foul odor and the hallway constantly had trash in it, pizza boxes, etc. Not impressed at all.

The rooms were clean. The room service was great. Everyone was very nice. The only problem was that I reserved 3 rooms close to each other, confirmed it at check-in and ended up getting 3 rooms on the same floor but each in a different wing. And I think the parking was way overpriced.

Hotel was good but if you drive an SUV, or truck be aware of the hefty price of valet parking not mentioned in the description, no other option given, and by the way not included in the hotel rate.

In this day and age everything requires a wi-fi connection, IPADS, SMARTPHONES, LAPTOPS! My biggest issue was no free Wi-fi that can be used while I was in the room, I had to buy the service if I wanted to be in the comfort of my room.. I stayed on the 24th floor and did not want to go down in the lobby where the wi-fi was free :-/ What an inconvenience […] for the money we paid. Also, parking wasn't free either, other than than that the room was nice and clean from what i can see, no microwave or mini refrigerator, our neighbors were a little loud but I think they were gone the next day because it was quiet. The staff was nice too. It's been a while since I stayed in a hotel downtown in a major city. This was a sticker shocker nickel and dime me to death wake up call! I know what to expect now! We only stayed overnight but I had requested on the reservation that our 3 rooms be near each other and asked again at check -in. This trip was good overall considering the problems at check-in. I had reserved 2 rooms through hotels.com. One of the rooms was in my husband's name. Because he was not with me at check-in, the hotel would not allow me that room because of ID purposes. I had to call hotels.com to get them to change that reservation into my name before I could have […] access to the room. This took about an 1 hour. Remind you that it was no problem for both rooms to be paid for with MY card and not my husband's card. Other than that, the trip was great. Lisateave

The hotel was in a convenient location. Walking distance from many different places. Room was clean and hotel itself was clean. Different restaurants in the actual hotel, cute gift shop, Starbucks in hotel lobby is open 24 hours which is convenient as well. We had an issue with our bathtub over flowing. Our other issue which was our main issue was that […] parking is not included in the rate of your room. It is an additional 22-30 dollars per night depending if you want to self park or valet. We self parked and in the morning came downstairs to find our vehicle covered in a white film. When we asked the parking manager what it was from he informed us that there was construction being done in the parking garage and that there was nothing he could do for us. He did tell us where we could go and get our car washed which we thought was rude. He didnt offer to take money off of our parking, or tell us where else we could park during this construction. OH where to begin....? First, the valet was full and the attendant said we have to self park and we had to take up our own luggage to the counter. Valet full for check in guests? Never heard such for a hotel. We mention this to a front desk employee, her reply was "Oh okay." After waiting over an hour, finally are room was ready, a front desk manager […] checked us in and he was not friendly or welcoming. Oh this location also charges additional fees that are not listed on this booking site. We even showed him the hotel details that were listed, and he didn't even care. He said, "it must have been an error and we still must pay $75 extra." The view from the city was lovely, but lots of little things were ran down, including the old style bathtub and fixtures. I thought because of the name I would have a slamming room but it was the opposite. The lobby looked better than the rooms and the garage was dry, dark and low the Hotel stated on the internet that parking was free not true it was $22.00 and there was no internet which also was free but that wasnt the case when I got to my room but gave us a promotional […] code for free internet they didnt do it as a favor they neglected to turn the service on. First, beds were fine. Room was clean overall. The public lobby areas were wide open and there was a lot of space for people to lounge around. However, we did not get wifi nor did we get a breakfast included in our stay. We were told that these things were not included in our rate. Albeit, our rate was 79/night and was the cheapest in the area by far, […] it would have been nice to know that these amenities were not included when reserving. Otherwise we would have selected a different hotel. Also, our maid never came by to clean the room. Although we requested privacy in the morning, isn't it customary for the maids to come by a second time during the day to see if the room needs cleaning? Also, a cold breeze was constantly shoving its way through the windows and balcony doors even though we closed them. I'll definitely not stay here again. Lisateave

The Valet and bell service has the worst system ive ever seen! It may not be the employees fault but the hotel needs a either more employees on yhe weekends or a better system.....Everything else was great!

Ernie from Hotels.com guided us to this hotel. He knew price was a concern for us and failed to tell us the parking was $30.00 per night. The hotel.com app told us we were about 1 mile from the Melia Hotel and Ernie told us the Hilton was about 3/4 of a mile from there... It was 12 miles away in Downtown Atlanta to my lady's dismay!

The Hilton was great - people were helpful and friendly. Room was excellent. The concierge (Michael) was a great help. The hotel is couple blocks (all inside via walkways) from the local MARTA station (kind of a subway) which can be used to access most of the main tourist sites. The only negative was the restaurant "Elements" (other two were fine). […] The catfish sandwich fell apart and bread was stale. The margharita pizza had maybe 3 pieces of basil. And, they were pricy. Saw other food dishes being served - did not look good. However, there were other restaurants in the hotel and nearby that were fine. And, like most downtown hotels, parking was spendy. Lisateave

This is a very large, centrally located hotel, 2 blocks off Peachtree. Room itself is large. Carpets are good. All surfaces are black granite. Pillowtop mattresses pretty decent, though not Cadillacs. Good, quiet heat/AC system adjustable by half degrees. No mini-fridge in room, if that's important to you. Toilet flushed itself at intervals all night […] (needed a simple $5 flapper valve replacement). Front desk said they hear that complaint a lot lately. So . . . why not fix them? Bit of mold in the bathroom tile grout. Trader Vic's (!) Tiki bar/restaurant in basement level looked physically rundown. I wouldn't risk it. They are pushing the penthouse French/Russian venue with premium pricing. Be aware that they seek convention business in a big way, so be prepared for the return of loud late night celebrators to adjacent rooms. In short, it's a good, solid business class hotel, but not executive class, at least in the main portion. There are concierge floors near the top, however - not seen or evaluated. The Hilton connects to a massive neighboring Marriott property by a second floor skybridge. The Hilton suffers when compared to the restaurants and public areas of the Marriot. Lisateave

The hotel is in a great location and the lobby is nice but our room was very dirty. Especially the bathroom. The shower curtain was very dirty. The bathtub was also unclean...if they did a bathroom makeover the stay would have been much better

We were slightly disappointed in our Hilton experience, especially since I am a Hilton Honors member. Upon arrival, no one offered to help us with our luggage. When we called ahead for our car from valet service, it took 30 minutes to get it, while people who walked up and asked for their car got theirs in 5 minutes or less. Then, my credit card was […] incorrectly swiped so that it was not registered. At 1:00 AM the bar called and asked for my credit card since there was no card associated with our room and I had signed our bill to the room. The following morning, just before stepping into the shower, I realized that there were no bath towels. (They were promptly delivered.) There was a large high school prom in the hotel that night, but this many errors at a Hilton is unheard of! Lisateave

The hotel was nice. My only issue was that the water pressure was way too strong which filled the bath tub up quickly and did not drain fast enough so everytime I showered, I was standing in a pool of water and I didn't like that at all.

My one and only complaint is I was staying in a room with two double beds and in my room there was only one towel, two hand towels, and no wash rags. I called down for more towels and it took over 20 minutes for them to be delivered. Gentleman was very apologetic about the wait.

Only spent 1 night after a concert. $26 for two shots of jager was steep, but the overpriced pizza was perfect drunk munchees. Even after the $22 for parking, this was still a cheaper deal than anything else.
