Hilton Dallas Fort Worth Lakes Executive Conference Center - Grapevine

We stayed only one night so we'd be close to the airport for an early morning flight - room was clean and comfortable, staff was helpful and friendly. When we arrived in Dallas earlier in the week we stayed at another, less expensive hotel nearby and it was horrible. We were happy to pay a few extra $$ to have a clean, quiet room.

Apart from the ATM not working & not being informed about how to make out going phone calls from my room....it was a 4.5! The concerige, the night of my stay, was OUTSTANDING!

It was very good. The outside Pool wasn't open yet and if you are wanting food after 10:00pm your might as well go out and get it.

Beautiful property; very attentive staff; server in Bonnie & Clyde's bent over backwards to accommodate. I forgot my toothbrush..... front desk offered to send one up. I "lost" my water bottle on the shuttle. Every effort was made to return it to me. Superior level of care"

The room service and food were great! The bed was stiff, pillows went flat, and I didn't sleep well at all. The "blackout" curtains wouln't shut all the way, leaving a light from the hotel across the street streaming in all night, right in my eyes. The room was hot, and there was air conditioner controls on the wall that looked like they had been there […] since 1980. With a little updating, I could see giving a 4 or a 5 rating, but the most I can say for now is a 3.5. Embassy Suites (across the street) is probably a better value for the money, since it includes breakfast, and it's still in the Hilton family. Lisateave

I got the hotel room for my daughter's 17th birthday so that we could have a mother/daughter getaway. When I checked in I told the woman that it was my daughter's birthday so she sent up cookies with a note wishing my daughter (by name) a happy birthday. That was extremely nice and I was very surprised. I am not used to good customer service anymore […] and this hotel pleasantly surprised me. I will definitely stay here again. The facility was excellent. My only complaint if you could call it that was that the indoor pool was not heated and the hot tub was too hot. But still an excellent hotel. Lisateave

Housekeeping started knocking at 9:10 on Sunday morning. We were disturbed thee times prior to 11. Hotel is nothing special, people were friendly, but there is no excuse for being rushed out of the room on a Sunday morning. This hotel is a great value for the quality. It's got everything you need,it's extremely nice, the staff is great, and it's fairly central to all things dallas. No need to spend 3 times as much to stay downtown.

I stayed here twice before my flight at DFW left very early the next morning after Thanksgiving and then again after Christmas... and will definitely stay here again. It's convenient to the airport and has a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. Food at the restaurant (or at room service, as I had it) was very good, although a bit pricey. The bed was […] very comfortable with nice linens, and the room rate was very reasonable considering how nice Hilton Hotels are. Only a couple minor things keep me from giving it 5 stars instead of 4. The phone buttons didn't work so you couldn't go directly to room service or check out. Hotel staff were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Room was clean. Comfortable beds. Bathroom was slightly outdated and small. We stayed here because we were visiting the ICE exhibit at the Gaylord Texan. The Gaylord and Great Wolf Lodge are only a couple of minutes away but the Hilton was much more affordable. We were stuck at DFW airport on Christmas night with no luggage. I called hotels.com for a reasonable hotel with shuttle service at midnight. We were pleasantly surprised when we got there. Staff was so accommodating and room was great. The bed was so comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

Great location for overnight stays due to its close proximity to Dallas Fort Worth airport. Our rate included complimentary shuttle bus from/to the airport - you just need to phone the hotel on arrival prior to proceeding to the pick-up point. This is a great hotel! Definitely lives up to the Hilton name! Staff was great! Was a busy weekend for me, but did get to take the kids to the pool, and they loved it! Grapevine Mills mall was within walking distance. Great restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

This was my second stay at this Hilton. It is an older hotel but it seems to have always been a Hilton, instead of a different hotel that they bought and tried to refurbish. The hotel was beautiful. We came in at night so we of course got the full benefit of the lit winding drive and the Christmas decorations, but beautiful non the less. The location of this hotel is what really got us, we actually werent sure WHERE we were staying until our GPS guided us in, and we were so happy to see how much was available around it! Bass Pro across the street, Grapevine Mills right next door. The nice thing also is that even with everything so close it was still very quiet at the hotel. Fantastic facility and staff. I brought a 9 and 7 year old to Grapevine to go over to legoland and was more than pleased with the hotel. The swimming pool and back area behind the hotel was over the top. Thanks for such a great experience.

Honestly me and my buddy honestly thought when we walked in that we weren't worthy of being in that hotel. But the staff was so friendly and made us feel like royalty. The beds and pillows were super soft, everything was almost too good to ask for more. I will most defiantly be back!

i had never stayed in hilton and it is beautiful. i walked around the facility and loved it. i smells really great, too.........no one could tell me what it was flowers..candles? but it smells wonderful............ beds comfortable...........and the room was very nice. the only complaint i'd make (and i'm a dust free fanactic) i noticed the vent to […] the heater/air conditioner was really dusty/dirty and i don't like that .............also felt the bathroom tiles looked like they needed cleaned. I have had nicer rooms at much cheaper hotels. It was nice, clean, and quiet.....but i wouldn't spend that much again when i can get a much nicer room at half the price. This is definitely a situation when you are paying for the name not the quality.

Five of us went to a conference in Dallas area and stayed at this Hotel in Grapevine. The location is great (10 minutes from the airport). Some nice tennis courts there. An indoor and outdoor pool (indoor pool stays open until midnight). A gym (which opens at 5:30am but closes at 10pm). Very clean and modern rooms. Our only gripe was with the internet […] access. Hotel is conveniently located nearby Grapevine old downtown & outlet mall. Shuttle bus is a plus that drives you to nearby locations. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distances. Downside is room is a bit old & requires some upkeeping.
