"Bad experience"
No parking available at the hotel. We found body hairs in the shower and on the pillow. Room was very small and bathroom was not bigger than a closet. Staff was not friendly and not professional at all. The stay was not worth the price!Kontrollitud Expedia kliendiarvustus

"Great Place!"
Awesome! Great Location. Only disappointment was the pool was WAYYY too cold and there are no steps to get into the hot tub which felt kind of dangerous. "Handy for Early morning flights"
Hotel was harder to find then we thought. Stayed here on our way home from Vegas. Very handy to be close for late check in and early flight out. Room was small and furnishings dated, but it was clean and quiet. Wouldn't be worth half the rate anywhere else other than at the airport.Kontrollitud Hotels.com kliendiarvustus

"AIRPORT- VERY EARLY FLIGHT"
Overrated, the only reason for this hotel choice is the location for a early morning flight, room was too hot even with the continuous noisy fan, after a sleepless night, left the hotel at 4:00 am without any rest, will never stay or recommend this location. better elsewhere and taking a taxi. I’ve tried to follow up on your file; however, I was unable to trace your reservation based on your screen name. I’m truly sorry that you had the experience you did, and I’ve forwarded your concerns to the Front Office Manager to follow up with their team in regard to addressing any guest discomfort during their stay rather than have you leave feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. Walls are very thin. I stay at this hotel often (Cannot beat the convenient location when you have a late flight or layover at calgary airport) but there was a cancelled flight and a huge lineup of voucher passengers waiting to get checked in when I arrived. I had a reservation and they were extremely disorganized. I had to wait in line with the voucher […] folks and it took forever to get checked in. Customer service is not their strength. There was a family with young kids in the room next to me and the kids were wailing away most of the night. Depite earplugs and a soundmachine it was still very loud. I have since followed up with our Front Office Manager, and have been able to revise procedures for our guests checking in late to avoid them having to stand in line with guests who do not have reservations. We’ve also spoken about blocking rooms based on departure times as well, so that guests arriving late or leaving early receive a quiet night’s rest. Again, your feedback has been tremendous in resolving these issues to avoid them in the future, and we look forward to seeing you again next time!

"Overnight at the airport"
Fantastic location. Hotel was a bit pricy but worth it. Restaurant is good and staff very friendly and helpfull. If this hotel was downtown it would be a bit expensive but for where it is it is a great deal, and I felt very comfortable in my stay there. "A little too warm"
We always stay here if we get in late. It drives me crazy how the rooms are always WAY too warm and there is no way to cool them down. Also the bathroom doorway was extrememly small and the bathroom door would hit the main door - very awkward (Room #708).Kontrollitud Hotels.com kliendiarvustus

In the fall and spring it can be more challenging for our automated system due to the fluctuation of the weather in Calgary - you can go through four seasons in a day!
