The location is good if you're looking for something close to the shopping areas! Quick drive into town. Room was quiet but hotel service was okay. Phone was out of order and maintenance didn't know how to fix nor followed up as he said he would. Bed is very comfortable. Got a great price through Expedia!

I was very impressed by this hotel. The room was very nice with plenty of space, bed was comfortable, convenient kitchen and quality bathroom supplies (paul Mitchelle) The free breakfast buffet is what won me over tho. Amazing!!! :)

Our room was very spacious. Having a kitchen and a fireplace was an added plus. Also, enjoyed have a Trader Joe's just up the hill.

Our stay was excellent. Great room, very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. We expected a sweet roll and juice, but we had a full breakfast with lots of choices. We are looking forward to our next stay. Thanks for great service.

Spent one comfortable night in a Studio suite. Spacious and clean although dated. The suite was on the ground floor and you can definitely hear footsteps from the unit above. Suite amenities included full kitchen facilities, good channel selection on flat screen and a wood burning fireplace. ($5 for fire log but worth it for the ambiance) Did not explore […] the facilities although there was a communal barbecue area not to far from the suite. When customer had complain about your service, you must have some problems existence. The best way is to improve the quality of your hotel,and let customer know your royal manner ASAP. If the house-manager Spring promised what she will do, she had to follow her words. On the other hand, you will have reputation risk.

Experience was good, did like the feeling of a studio apartment. Breakfast was good. Didnt like the fact room service didnt automatically come back and clean the room after you leave.

When you travel to a new area, you never know what you will get which lends a factor of uncertainty to your trip. Well this time we were so thankful we made this particular choice. The room was very comfortable and clean and nicely arranged with the convenience of a full kitchen, large space, and lovely grounds. It is convenient to many restaurants […] within walking distance including a Trader Joes, and the freeway is central to the activities we wanted. It was nice to be out of town center in a quiet place, but just a matter of ten or fifteen minutes from the city on the freeway. There is also access to the city's rail and bus system nearby. Great location and wonderful room. I stayed here on my trip south to my new location in Ashland. This hotel gave me a restful respite during this stressful time.

I chose the Residence Inn for several reasons, but primarily because I wanted a kitchen and I needed to be close to both West Linn & Portland. The hotel is very clean and the staff is professional, friendly, responsive & helpful. There's a Trader Joes' a block away, and several restaurants in walking distance. I would definitely stay there again. A […] few areas where they could make guests even more comfortable: better lighting in the rooms, more updated elements such as digital thermostats and quieter appliances (the furnace and refridgerator were both a little louder than one might like if trying to sleep). It would have been perfect but for the noise coming from the room above us. The person above was walking across the room from midnight till going on three am and kept all three of us awake the entire time.

We usually stay at the adjacent Fairfield Inn. We opted for the Residence Inn because of our extended 6 day stay. Having the kitchen available was very nice. Our room had been recently recarpeted. The grounds were very beautiful, as the rhodedendrons were in bloom. The breakfasts and social hour were terrific, and the staff was extremely pleasant and […] very helpful. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The comforter on the bed was a sheet and I was in a downstairs room and had to hear the people upstairs walking around until 2 am. The creaking of the floors and insulation was extremely poor and I got very little sleep. The air conditioning was extremely noisy. We had a wonderful stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room is clean but shows signs of age, it's almost to the point where it needs to be refreshed- some new paint, carpet and vinyl. We love the fireplaces though, it was so nice to come back to the hotel and make a fire after a long day of shopping!

The staff was great & the accommodations were great. We were in a room on the first floor. There was a unit above us. We listened to the person on the second floor walking around at all hours of the night and early morning. The ceiling didn't seem to be insulated at all. Very spacious and comfortable room/suite. Rate included a full breakfast buffet with hot entrees and lots to eat in the inn's dining room. The location was convenient, a few minutes from Portland. Would definitely stay there again.

I have a wonderful night at the hotel, the breakfast was quite nice, I love the fireplace gives it that homey feeling. made a nice diner , very convienient to have own kitchen. over all stay very nice I would defin. stay again!

Everyone from the front desk clerk to the maid service was extremely pleasant and interested in making visitors feel comfortable. Each room is well equipped and completely functional.

Nice roomy suite with a fireplace. Make sure to ask for the free log. Couch was a little uncomfortable but everything else was great.

Room and hotel was as expected. My wife and I know the area well so there wasn't much risk in staying here even though we hadn't been at this particular location. Continental breakfast was about average.
