When we arrived to our king suite, we pulled out the sofa bed and it had not been cleaned. So we called the front desk and they said they would switch rooms for us. Nice location, clean, and comfortable but will not stay there again. We were up 3 to 4 times after bedding down at 10pm. A noise that seem to in the walls kept coming on from time to time. We called down to be told that it might be pipes. They gave new room down the hall but after a few mins. the noise was there to. The noise quit at around 12:30 AM […] but started up early in the morning. Too tired to fuss but told the person on duty. Would like a free night stay DFW somewhere else in the future. This was a 4-star hotel? I think not - 16 Wedding Anniversary get-a-way. Folks that come to this hotel are obviously milking their expense account - not a romantic get-a-way....more like a step up from staying the night at the airport itself. We really enjoyed our stay at the Westin with the exception of the night staff when we checked in. They were not very helpful and acted like we were an inconvenience. The staff of this hotel is at the pinnacle of service. From the moment you enter the airport shuttle, check-in, breakfast and checkout. The service was at the level of some of the most highly rated hotels in the world. My only suggestion would be to increase the wattage of some of the light bulbs. Good stay. Beautiful hotel. Restaurant was unexpectedly busy . We paid $40 taxi to go to another restaurant . Would had preferred to dined at hotel. We did not have wash cloths . But, no big deal. I picked this hotel because it had shuttle service within 5 miles . However, when we inquired it was if the shuttle was not busy picking up from airport . The front desk was very friendly and helpful. I thought the lobby and room was very nice. We had a problem with placing a breakfast order the night before when we had room service. Never got our breakfast, we had to fly out so we couldn't wait to get something sent up to us. The front desk was very nice about it and took off our room service bill. It was fine, except we had no instructions on the hotel bus. We were told at the airport that they usually pass by. It was 45mins to an hour before it came by and it was freezing that evening. I went back in the hotel to see if there was a hotel phone to call and check and see if it was coming by but there was no hotel phones. Ended up checking in at […] 1:45 in the morning and had to be at the airport for 6:45. but found out the buses only leave every 30 mins which got us to the airport a little late for our check in and there were already 300 hundred people in line. "Great experience"

Very clean, comfortable, high-end. Wasn't AT the airport, but close-by and their service to pick me up from and take me back to the airport was excellent! Just call them when you land and they'll send someone to get you.Kontrollitud Hotels.com kliendiarvustus

"Nice fee driven place."
A very typical experience for a four star place. The GFCI blew and was unresetable on our last day, not allowing my companion to completely dry her hair before our flight home. This was in the middle of wide open Texas, why do I have to pay $8.00 a night to park a car? Fees are just out of control. Didn't eat at the restaurant, had to save the money […] for parking.
