Air conditioner didn't work upon check in and we went an entire night without it. Was fixed the next day, however. Staff was pleasant but décor is very dated and dark. Beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable and elevator rairly worked. Def needs improvement!

The quality of service here was outstanding! My wife and I were upgraded to a suite because of the people in the next room, and then when we decided to stay another night, they gave us the suite at standard room cost. Location was great, front desk was very helpful but, the pictures on web site must have been taken when built. Bad, dirty looking carpet all over. The whole room could have used a major update! The bathroom was fake marble that was cracked and carpet in the bath. Also in shower a nook with a light tht could not be turned off so it was on all night. […] The nook in the shower had a fake tree in it that looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. The night we arrived the hotel restaurant closed early, because they said the service was slow. We had to drive to find another place to eat and the choices were slim within proximity. There was a AppleBee but I really dont care for their food, and steak house across the road was expensive. The continental breakfast the next day was very good. Dissatisfied that the ice machine did not work & had to go to another floor & when reported to front desk, did not seem to care, TV service sucked, had to go to first floor to find out about more channels to be advised services were being changed so there was limited choices - that info should have been told in the book w/channel listings, the breakfasts […] were not done, cold and was out of food. Parents allowing children to run over adults/elders and parents allowing children to use hot tub by pool as a swimming pool because the pool was too cold too swim in, when I complained the gal @ desk reminded me it was to be used for all, which I agree, but not a hot tub set up for children to play as if a pool with their toys. If you like the smell of cigarrette smoke (new and stale) an ice cold INDOOR pool, Showers that barely work and yesterdays pancakes on the breakfast buffet...then this is a hotel for you.

For an older hotel, it was very nice, clean and accessible. The room was a little smaller for a room with a king-size bed. But, the complimentary breakfast was good -- better than any other hotels that have the same complimentary meals.

My family and I stood here last weekend. Very nice hotel, rooms are nice, indoor pool, hot tub n sauna were nice as well. Could have been a little Warner in all three but good enough to keep kids busy. Free breakfast was good and made when ordered. Only issue we had was blown breaker when all were getting ready. The sheets had stains on them and the blankets had cigarette burns on them in a non smoking room. Over all the roon was nice and clean but the beds where the only problem.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful. However, the hotel was extremely noisy. In addition, if they are going to open the pool and outdoor seating area, they should clean it first. The chairs and tables were covered with a thick layer of dust and dirt.

Great breakfast buffet, and the staff there were very attentive. Rooms are dated, but clean. Bed was comfortable. The room had everything a traveler could want - coffee, microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer, good shower pressure, relatively large rooms, lots of outlets for charging gadgets. One con is that you can hear hallway noise very easily. I heard […] people in the hallways throughout the night, and I'm generally a very sound sleeper. Hotel was older & busy. Kids were running around and I thought it would be trashy. There was a but of a musty smell. Turns out my room was very private, quiet and nice. I was very impressed with the comfort of the bed and pillows. The TV was large but very limited channels. Otherwise, it was worth the money to me, I would stay there again.

It was a very comfortable room and clean. The hotel was very spacious with a nice breakfast. No place for lunch in the hotel. The service at Damon's Restaurant for dinner was poor.

The rooms are one of the smallest I've ever stayed in the bed was the worst I've ever stayed in I turned on the air cause the room was hot and the whole cover fell off when I was sleeping the cover on the fire alarm fall s off also those rooms need some serious maintaince I've stayed there one time before just thinking that it was just that room nope […] I think it's all of them Lisateave

My family and I stayed here over Easter. The hotel was clearly full but that didn't take away from the wonderful service. We have no complaints with our recent stay. This hotel was probably the best deal we could find around this location. The room was cozy although my boyfriend did complain that the bed seemed to be older because it was idented in the middle. The maintenance of the room was not well kept. Broken window lock, loose toilet seat, and broken lamp. On the positive side: The Hotel had an awesome large pool for the kids and a hot tub for mom. My only complaint is that it is literally right next to the highway so if you are used to quiet while you sleep I don't recommend it. Our room looked at the highway and it was pretty noisy. I slept kind of okay but it was a little irritating. Other than that, I loved it! It was very clean and I had everything I needed.

Well we booked online but when we arrived that friday evening before taking belongings up to room we checked out the room found a crumpled up hand towel on the bathroom counter and another on the bathroom floor next to trash can(immediately told desk she went and picked those up). The next day was picking up big pieces of trash out of trash cans to […] put in bigger bag and found at the bottom of the can(by tv) some used latex gloves and a brown banana peel(not from us). told desk at check out but they never offered anything off stay(even though we booked online), or other compensation. We had do not disturb sign up the whole stay. Pool are was suppose to be alcohol free area there was parties in there with bottles of beer and when told they were not to have them in there they made comments to me for turning them in(trying to keep kids safe in the pool and deck). I think that hotel staff needs to make periodic walk thrus of the pool area and make sure people are abiding by rules. Lisateave

Everything about this hotel was really nice -- we loved our room, staff were exceptionally nice and helpful! We had visitors while we were there, during the blizzard, and the staff went outside and scooped out their stuck car with no charge! This hotel is tired and sad. Past it's prime. Not very clean, not well maintained. My smoke free room reaked of ciggarette smoke. The bed spread did not look clean. Holes in couch. Just old and tired! Breakfast buffet looked nice but food was cold. The service at the hotel restaurant was horrible. I was seated and waited over 20 minutes for someone […] to take my order. Got yucky food and then waited over 30 minutes for a check. I stay in a lot of places for work. This is not one I would consider staying in again. Lisateave

i enjoyed my stay alot everyone was very nice and helpful. The electricity going out, the elevators being down and the heaters not working for a while was a little inconvenient but life happens i would surely stay thier again.

The room and bed was very nice. However the shower curtain was very odd and got EVERYTHING wet; even had a river flowing into the room. Plus the toilet had some of the base broken off and felt precarious to sit on. Otherwise, over all pleased to stay.

Hotel and location were great. Condition of the room walls and bathroom fan could have used some maintenance - but it was a smoking room, so those are typically not as good of rooms as the non smoking rooms and I understand that. Front desk service had a little glitch with my prepaid online hotels.com room reservation (could not find me in the system) […] but she got that worked out pretty quick and was just sooper nice, informative and competent for night staff, very good. Lobby area, pool area and breakfast area and breakfast bar were all very nice and food was quite good. Thank you for your services and location. I would stay again! Lisateave
