Sheets and pillow covers were dirty.staff did not know about the roll away beds,i requested and quite upset.carpet was not clean and saw a live bug on the floor.not satisfied at all.

"Friendly but run down"
This hotel was well located and the welcome was friendly but the rooms were very run down. We had to keep the fan on high to minimize the smell of the cleaning solution they use. The bathrooms were in dire need of a redo.
"comfortable stay"
The stay was great. The room was ok and the bed was comfortable. The only complaint I have is the cleaning crew kept knocking on the door for hours and hours after they knew I was staying and that the room was booked for 2 days.
"Very Convenient"
The hotel could definitely use some sprucing up! Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but needed to be updated. Good toiletries. The breakfast buffet was good and staff friendly. Good value for the price and location on the road.
"Not worth staying at"
Ramada was half the price of where I normally stay. The savings were not worth the conditions. Rooms are not in as good a shape as depicted in photos. Exterior doors, significant noise from the highway and other guests walking/running/talking outside. Paper thin walls. Carpet that you were afraid to set bare feet on. "Great stay in Burlington"
I had a great meeting with AACA, The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, the bed great, everything clean!! The breakfast was good and plentiful. What more could you want??? I'd be more than happy to stay here again.

"Don't eat the food"
The only thing that was OK was the bed. The food the next moring might have worked if my wife did not finish her meal with a mouth full of hair from the bacon - not a hair but a mouth full - nice.

"Old hotel but decent stay"
This hotel was convenient in cost and location and fairly comfortable. The staff were all courteous. The only complaint I have is I wish the breakfast buffet lasted longer than four hours. Other than that, no real complaints. I would stay again.

the best aspect is the staff -- front desk, restaurant, all positive and upbeat. the included buffet breakfast was great -- real food -- not just muffins and juice from a machine. and the price can't be beat. a door opening to the view of I-85 was unimpressive, especially since door opened to the outside with no interior hallway or access controls, […] but overall worth staying and a value. "ramada inn -burlington"
stayed at the front of the hotel so could hear the traffic all night, the room was "musty" smelling and did not like the breakfast.
Hotel was fine...room was really nicer than I expected. The only complaint I have is there isn't an elevator. But unless you're handicapped and can't get a first floor room, that shouldn't be a problem. I am handicapped and only 2nd floor room was available but since I had someone with me who could take my luggage up the steps, it was okay!

I stay often at this hotel on business. The staff is polite and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean and breaksfast at O'Hara's is great. I would recommend this hotel to business travelers who stay in the area often.

Very reasonable price for the area. Lots of food and shopping very close by. I loved the fact that there was a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room! The pool area is very large too! My daughter, 2 grandchildren, ages 2 and 1, and I had a very comfortable stay!

We were extremely impressed by this hotel. Not the newest hotel in the world, but it was clean, the rooms were spacious, the staff was terrific and the breakfast buffet was outstanding! Would definitely stay there again. This may be the best deal in Burlington!
"Ramada - Perfect for our needs"
This hotel was perfect for us. We were in town for a BMX race and it had everything we were looking for. Pool for the kids, cold a/c, hot shower and free breakfast. Close to the grocery store and to the track. Front desk was extremely helpful and friendly!

"Needs major cleaning"
When first arrived, the lobby smelled moldy. I booked two rooms and one had a strong urine smell. I immediately asked to be moved...the desk clerk moved me without even apologizing for the smell. The overall condition of the hotel is run down. The breakfast was good though.

"It's reasonable"
The A/C made some serious rattling noise and had to be turned off. Too tired to ask for another room though. Be aware that some rooms are accessed from the outside like a motel with stairs involved. Comfy room.

"No rest here"
The bed was terrible and the rooms were noisy because you could hear everyone walking in the hallway. Did enjoy the microwave and fridge. The in room coffee was lousy.The breakfast was good but I wonder if it was really worth the difference in price compared to a room I stayed in across the highway. That hotel was much nicer for less money.
restaurant next to hotel was very good. breakfast buffet at hotel was good as well. location was ok for business stay but not vacation visit.

"Great value for the price"
The Ramada in Burlington is easy to reach from either the Greensboro or Raleigh/Durham airports.The room rate includes a hot breakfast and the restaurant staff could not have been more charming and attentive. A problem with the air-conditioner in our room was quickly resolved.

this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in every way possible and the price was right. The room was very clean.

Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert, wenn man auf der Durchreise ist. Leider hat das Zimmer keinen Kühlschrank. Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis ist super.
