convenient room and parking service with great club hospitality

Great location, one of my favorite spot in montreal for a quick not to fancy place. Service is good. But it is the only Hotel in the world have seen so far that charge to store your luggages $3/ bag.....

I booked two rooms, one for my parents and the other for myself. It was the best price, in the best location with the best sleep not to mention an amazing view of the mountain. Less than a five minute walk to St. Catherine Street; thus, hard to beat this hotel. Doormen and valet people were friendly and respectful thus set the tone from the get go.....just […] cannot say enough about how great our staff was. I wish we could buy the pillows and bed, it was that good.....and I normally never write reviews but in this case, it would have been injustice not to do so. Thanks for the great service. Lisateave

We have stayed here here before and it's very nice, and clean, but staff isn't very friendly, and seems to be a "party" hotel! Location to the Centre Bell is great, though!

its a large hotel and generally quite busy and noisy.... the room was perfectly fine except it stank of cologne....

This was a gorgeous, centrally located hotel in Montreal. We stayed here for one night and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel itself is very well kept and classy. The rooms are spacious with a large comfortable bed (had king room), almost too large (if there is such a thing). The front desk was friendly and accommodated a late check in and gave us […] a top floor room with a great view. One downside is that parking is pricey, but is available onsite. There is FREE metered parking outside during specific times and we were able to park there overnight. Lisateave

We enjoyed our stay at Le Centre. Great location for a Bell Centre event and the service was excellent, particularly the doormen. The beds were so-so, pellows too soft, matress was just ok. The room was a little dated (the plaster stucco has to go!) For the money we paid I was expecting a nicer room....seriously. great location, great view. only quibble: no toilet paper! not sure how that get missed, but had to hunt down the cleaning staff

The room had beer bottle caps on the floor, garbage and recycle were full including liquor bottles. We also requested rooms be close together due to young baby with group, this was not even attempted to be provided. Also, crib was requested through hotels hotline. There was no crib in the room and we had to wait roughly 30 minutes with a screaming baby […] for the crib to arrive. Lisateave

First time at sheraton hotel everything was absolutely great just the washroom was out of date the bed was really confortable and as i stayed diff hotel in montreal non of there channel provided english movie or news but sheraton did that a A+

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is perfect. The service was excellent. It would be nice if the lounge on the 37th floor stayed open longer in the evening.

My family stayed at the Sheraton on March 24th. The hotel itself was great (location, rooms), but we were put on a floor with a lot of people in town to party for the weekend. The walls were thin and it was so noisy that we could not fall asleep until past midnight (we have a four and a half year old son). We were woken up again between 3-4:30 as everyone […] came back from the bars. The other guest weren't even that noisy (just laughing, talking) but the walls are thin. I wish the hotel had put more consideration into where they placed us. It would have been a great stay if we hadn't been exhausted the next day. I have never stayed at such a noisy hotel and expected better from this one. If you are going to party, I would recommend this hotel, however; if you are going to relax or for business, I would find out where they plan to put you. Lisateave

We stayed at the hotel for the weekend attending a hockey game on the Friday night. The location was a block from the Bell Center. The valet parking is expensive so we parked next door in the public parking garage for less than half the cost. The hotel has an amazing gym on the 6th floor.

Good: Room is clean, Nice bed. Bad: No refrigerator in the room. The coffee in the room is bad,it's one and half month expired.

We stayed at the Sheraton Centre across from the Bell Centre to attend a Hab's hockey game. Great location close to restaurants and shopping district. Checked out the ribs at Baton Rouge- quick and very tasty; Coras breakfast in a hotel across the street - healthy and indulging foods very good; and Le Medusa italian food next to Cora's by the Fire Hall, […] very good, pricey but worth the splurge. The hotel lobby was nice but the hospitality of staff just ok. The room was desperately in need of renovations to bring it up to the 21st century.

The only change I would hope for is free WIFI in your room , I did not realize this when I booked or I would have looked for hotel with free wifi in the room

We stayed here over Family Day weekend, and had a good experience. The hotel was very busy on Saturday evening when we arrived, but check in took about 3 minutes. If all charges are okay when leaving, you can check out over the phone. Parking is $24 per day for self park, which is on the pricey side, but the in and out privileges are nice to have if […] you are planning on using your car. We had an amazing city view from the 25th floor. The beds were comfy and the room clean. The location is amazing - 20 minute walk to old Montreal, Bell Centre is across the street and St. Catherine's St. is one block north. I would definitely stay here again. Lisateave

We enjoyed everything about the hotel - the bed, the amenities, the service - except for one thing: the walls are not at all sound proof. It was so poor that when our neighbour next door came home the sound of his lock and opening his door sounded exactly like he was coming into our room. We were awakened several times on Saturday night by people talking […] and laughing in the halls and early Sunday morning - the person in the next room was practicing their violin. I've never experienced anything like it - it was like the walls were made of tissue paper. Lisateave

Very clean and convenient, only challenge was pillows too thick for my sleeping habits but overall excellent very nice!

Awesome view from the 25th floor, super comfy beds even if we had the cheapest room available and everything was clean. The only thing i'd have to say is the parking was a bit expensive (25$ /day)... i will def go there again if i need to stay downtown montreal again.

Great locations...within walking distance to bars, pubs and shopping. Rooms are clean and spacious. Minutes from Old Montreal which is a definite must. Peel pub a must if you like cheep beer and great poutine!

The staff were very courteous and helpful, and the location was excellent. The only complaint - and it is small, is that we could not find a working ice machine on any of the floors we checked.

Staff is very snobbish. They are better than you. Just ask one of them. They gave us the wrong directions to the underground mall. It was -5 degrees outside, and they had us walk to the Bonaventure Hotel, about a half mile longer than we needed. (easy access from the train station next to the Bell Center). Grossly overpriced. Similar or better hotels […] can be found for 20% less. You just have to look. Lisateave

I stayed at the Sheraton Montreal over New Years. I do not speak any French but all the staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Shopping nearby if you forgot something and Reuben's Dinner is a must eat. Some tourist sites within about a 10-15 minute walk and a metro near to see further sites. The only negative […] is the parking garage. Many of the cars were parked in more than one spot and made it difficult to park. Also, the fee is not included in the rate of the room. It's about 22 USD a night which isn't overly expensive and my car was not damaged so I would use the garage again on my next visit. I plan to go again and would stay here again. Lisateave

Spent New Year's Eve in the Sheraton. Great view of Mont Royal from our hotel window. A great location for walking in Mont Royal park, seeing downtown Montreal, and close to restaurants.

The location of the hotel is one of it's best perks--in Downtown Montreal near Rue St Catherine and Rue Crescent, pretty close to Old Montreal, and a Metro station at the next block. The room was nicely decorated with a modern style, the bed was super comfortable, and on the upper Club floors, you get a nice view of the city. The service at the hotel […] was also a big plus--we came during a holiday and the agents in the lobby were extremely friendly and recommended places to visit and eat and helped us call all of them to see if they were open. There was also a mishap with the room billing and one of the agents cleared it up with minimal fuss. The only negative was when I called to ask for extra pillows, and they never came, but I suspect that was because they didn't understand my request--for many of the staff, it seems like French is their strongest language but it's definitely not a problem for English speakers.
